孟買四季飯店(Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai)

Just amazing hotel, everything was perfect, the room, the service. Swimming pool is nice place to relax. There is an amazing view from the rooftop bar.

The team is very friendly - but nobody picked up at the restaurant when I tried to order some food. Other than that, the service was impeccable. The room is well appointed with very nice bed and bathroom. There was no bathrobe in the room and there’s no dining space for two people (only one chair in front of the desk plus one arm chair; shower was a bit hard to use. All in all my experience was positive, will consider to stay here again next time when the AER bar is open again

Had an absolutely amazing time at four seasons! From the kindness and the smiles from all the staff to the cleanliness and spacious room. Everything was perfect! We were lucky to have our roon upgraded, and there were balloons, cute sweets, and a chocolate cake at our room! Which was a wonderful surprise and made our engagement and my fiancee's birthday celebration even more special! Room service was super efficient, and the food was amazing! Dinner at san:qi was pleasant! Good interiors and not at all loud, perfect place to go on an intimate date. The food was great, and so was the service - special thanks to Nikhil, who took care of us!! Overall, it was a great experience! Hospitality at its finest! 100% recommend.

不幸的是酒店的服務很一般。 飯店餐廳的食物完全令人失望，我來自芬蘭的女朋友做的印度菜比飯店裡的好吃多了，請不要在那家餐廳浪費時間和金錢。 房間很好，很乾淨，這是飯店無法剝奪的東西。

After 2 years and half not as good as used to be. Breakfast in a different area, you need to go out of the hotel and not please as before. You need to wait before to sit, noisy and too busy. The rest of the service, ok not great. Not sure if I’ll come back here next time.

It’s was feels luxurious to stay here and everything was great . Will stay here again if head to Mumbai .

This property is using a five star name with three star service and amenities. The ***agement is terrible and there is no such thing as customer service from any higher level person. The cleaning staff were wonderful. There was one mistake where a personal item was removed from my room and it took quite some time to locate it. The hotel did not disclose that there would be construction going on at all hours and they did not provide alternate options to all of their closed amenities such as the rooftop bar. They wouldn’t let us use the lounge instead when the business center and other areas were closed.

They have a problem in disclosing names. What stops them from doing so is bets known to them. My office had to cover the cost for all expenses incurred during my stay, My room was already full pre-paid. When my office called the hotel to deposit a certain amount to cover incidentals - the hotel wanted my office staff from Pune to visit hotel in Mumbai to pay other they could not collect the payment. They wanted a physical card only. NO QR code, NO CC auth, NO payment link. The front also does not come on call - only operators speak without names like bots easliy sound irritated when you call in the second time. Very very rigid team, behaviour and approach.
