1. Bathroom power plug stopped working had to plug hair dryer outside.
2. Toilet flush doesn’t stop flushing need a wrestling match with flush button to stop the water flushing
3. Went to AER rooftop bar with a colleague,
Bartender and server didn’t bother to give menu, didn’t bother to take order.
4. 3rd day room service forgot to place water bottles.
5. No initiative to change bed linens during my 4nights stay.
6. Breakfast: Japanese bento had to be pre ordered a day before on the day itself took about 20 mins to arrive after pre ordering. Tofu was hard and chewy, seaweed in miso soup also hard and chewy like eating grass. It takes about 15 mins to get a cup of tea.
Overall poor quality of service.
