挺滿意的，商務出行

Service was good. Staff at reception were nice and helpful. But that is it. Dirty and rusty furniture at breakfast room. Got Goose bumps while sitting there, Indian railway canteen has better. When flushed toilet water was black and full of garbage… not up to Westin brand standards. Sorry but Not again.

The hotel was very cline. But the location was a little bit far from the city. If you like the place you will enjoy the hotel.

Good location and pretty hotel

I had a perfect experience at this hotel. It provides international standards and the staff are extremely helpful and polite. Location for holidays is good as it faces directly to the lake. If for business trip, it might be a bit far from the city especially given the traffic conditions. Otherwise it is highly recommended.

９月末に妻と府樽で滞在 アウランガーバードからの早朝便で10時に到着 アーリーチェックインでお部屋をクラブラウンジのある２棟側のお部屋を 手配をして頂きました。お陰で最上階のラウンジで到着後直ぐに コーヒーブレイクができたて疲れが取れました。 最上階のラウンジからのポワイ湖の眺めは格別でムンバイでの喧騒が嘘のようなすばらしい風景でした。 ２日目の夜にお湯が出なくなり、お部屋の変更を依頼したところお部屋が満室ということで１棟側のスィートを勧めれれましたが、 夜遅かったので移動はしませんでした。 その夜は水でシャワーをを浴びるしかありませんでした。翌朝にはお湯が出ていましたのでバスタブでゆっくりお風呂を楽むことが出来ました。 このようなインフラ面での改善は5つ星ホテルにとって最重要だと思いました。しかし、お部屋をチェンジしていただけるご対応には感謝します。 屋外プールからは湖と同じ目線の高さで設置されていて気持ちよかったです。 プールがレストランと隣接されているのも飲み物のサーブが 容易に受けられて良かったと思います。

Ottimo hotel per pulizia, servizio, facilities e qualitá delle camere. Colazione internazione di buona qualitá, buono anche il servizio a buffet la sera con vasta selezione di cibi (poco europeo). Stanze abbastanza insonorizzate, pulite e spaziose Molto utile anche il servizio navetta dell'hotel che serve sia per l'aeroporto che per gli uffici

Every moment at Westin feels like a Celebration. The decor is insta worthy. The property is sparkling clean and well managed. FnB team are sophisticated and genuinely welcomming ♥️. Chefs make it a point to speak to guests and they went out of their way by customizing my order, as requested. Appreciate Lake View team. Pool area is kept clean and has spectacular lake views. The staff here ensures that every guest leaves with a happy heart. Would highly recommend you stay at this luxorious property and experience the impecabble Hospitality.

I want to say that the hotel is wonderful and staff here are all fantastic. The pool is a dream as well. I just had a spa treatment (massage) and really couldn’t rate it highly enough (Lalita is amazing!! Thank you). The rooms are lovely and comfortable with gorgeous views over the lake. From the moment you walk in the staff are so friendly from door, reception, poolside, restaurant, spa and couldn’t do more for you. I highly recommend it and look forward to a return visit. Thank you
