晚上11點抵達酒店，竟然沒有準備好房間，耽誤了半小時打掃房間後才能入住 進屋發現地毯是濕的，肉眼可見的臟，但是很累，沒有精力再去折騰更換房間，湊合睡覺，從第二天開始，地毯開始散發異味，這個地毯應該是因為浴缸和客廳沒有防水，客人把浴缸的水都弄到客廳導致的。 印度還是沒讓人失望，一如既往的神奇

這家酒店我給滿分10分。它位於印度孟買。我覺得它非常棒。地理位置優越，床鋪乾淨，房間寬敞。飯店氛圍很好，空氣清新。所有員工都非常熱情周到。早餐非常美味。泳池很大，飯店也提供很多活動。如果我再去孟買，我一定會再入住這家飯店。

服務體驗太好了！！！ 印度住了6-7個五星級酒店，這個是目前體驗最好的！ 吃飯中餐也不錯，還有户外游泳池，非常推薦！！

I wish I would had stayed longer. It was a well rested hotel. I loved it 😍 service was great 😊 and the spa and sauna was amazing just to get better from the travels

The hotel is new and, while it’s not located in the city center, its proximity to the highway makes it convenient for accessing the Navi Mumbai area. The room is clean, bright, and features modern interior design. The staff is friendly and very responsive. I had dinner at the Shamiana restaurant, where the food was excellent and the portions were generous. The spa offers a relaxing environment and great service too. I’m glad I chose to stay at this hotel.

Had a great stay at Taj the Trees for business trip. Location is good if you have places to visit nearby, otherwise it's around 30 min car trip from airport. Hotel is new and clean, service from staff is wonderful. Food is also nice, with choice of 2 restaurants and a rooftop bar. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Everything is good but less restaurant option

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern und tollem Pool. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels hat uns nicht gefallen: sehr weit entfernt von allem und im Außenbereich starke Beeinträchtigung durch Müllgeruch

The reception and the Managers were very friendly and helpful to me. They also gave us some great advice about the places in Mumbai. Totally worth the stay.

Great hotel, new and clean. Stayed twice already. Can recommend without concerns.
