This hotel is falsely advertised as a 3-star establishment with high prices. It’s unsuitable for families or business travelers. The rooms lack ventilation and windows, cleanliness is low (3/10), and hot water is often unavailable. The overall comfort is poor due to strange odors and noisy neighbors. I even heard guests discussing pest issues, including bedbugs. The reception staff, Abdul and Suneel, were unprofessional. I recommend looking for better accommodations; spending a bit more can lead to a far better experience. Avoid this place and always check reviews from recent guests.

The hotel receptionist Denied the booking after reaching the hotel when we reached the hotel at night to check-in. Also the staff was so mean, rude and impolite. The person at the reception didn't even care to talk to the booking website representative..

It is one of the best budget hotel having the ambience like 4star category hotel. The kind staff, crisp clean room and bed linen, full of amenities, exceptional service if staff makes the stay super relax and comfortable.

The hotel is best in the area, spacious rooms, kind staff, delicious food. The hotel has everything for a comfortable stay either for a family or for solo traveller. Comfy and clean bed linen add-on to the comfort and best part is their pro-active staff to help you 24x7.

Hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room and bathroom (including sheets and towels) were filthy. Our neighbouring rooms played extremely loud music til 4/5am. Had no sleep. Disappointing and if you are thinking of staying, we'd recommend against it.

The hotel's valet parking service was efficient and convenient. It saved me the trouble of finding parking and made my arrival smooth.The hotel's guest rooms were soundproof, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night's sleep.
