The best place to stay in Muizenberg. Period. The place is huge and spacious with an wonderful marina at the back where you can canoe around. Richard and Marissa have been more than amazing. They showed me what to do, where to go and which gifts to buy. Oh, and the breakfast 👍👍👍

Wir waren leider nur 3Tage hier aber es war eine schöne Zeit. Sehr saubere Zimmer, sehr nette Mitarbeiter (danke Anathi) und gutes Frühstück. Sie haben einen sehr gemütlichen Platz am Fluss und man kann das Tretboot benutzen.

it was a very pleasant stay! we felt welcome, everybody was always friendly and helpful. the house and rooms are clean and tidy. admiralty b&b is the the ideal place from where you can discover the cape peninsula. I highly recomment to stay at this nice place for more than just a few days. we will be back.

Bellissima struttura a poca distanza dalla spiaggia dei pinguini e dalla strada verso il Capo di Buona Speranza. In un quartiere chiuso e tranquillo che da sui canali della Laguna. Abbiamo dormito 2 notti nella stanza del capitano che ha il terrazzo direttamente sul fiume. Bellissima la stanza con bagno enorme e molto pulito. Tutto il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Buonissime le colazioni. Super consiglio.

Rude and arrogant host Bookings were messed up and he got the dates all wrong Once he realised error was on his part he did not apologise for his rudeness Place in need of TLC and staff walk through one of the rooms to hang washing on the wash lines Rooms are left open by staff after cleaning and are not locked straight away so belongings are not secure Will not be staying here again

Very friendly hosts giving a lot of advices, clean rooms, stunning view from the common terrace, good breakfast and not far from the beautiful Muizenberg beach! Just the pool has been a bit cold for us. Thanks for the lovely stay, we would definitly come back!
