All was good except when I wanted a cuppa. Picked up a cup supposedly clean from cupboard and saw there were stains from a previous tea drinker. That’s why I always clean em’ b4 I used them even though they’re in the cupboard. All in all very clean and handy to other shops and restaurants. I find it hard to believe why there’s a normal family size dishwasher in there when the studio is for 2. I think the fridge should be bigger then the dishwasher.

Historic building just one block away from Woolies and probably two blocks from the centre of everything. They had some cancellations so offered us our choice of upgrades. Very nice! Simple continental breakfast bags left in the room plus snacks etc. mini bar at bottle shop prices. The Paragon pub across the street does good meals. Handy parking. Well worth a visit. Thanks very much.

We stayed here 10 years ago and loved it. It's still exactly the same. Quirky, charming, ye olde worlde. The kimonos are a nice touch from the old white robes. Beautifully decorated, and a short walk to the main street of town. Not too many rooms here, so it's always nice and quiet

We absolutely loved staying at the Perry Street Hotel. It’s a beautiful property and we had a very comfortable suite with our own balcony. Bed was so comfy, nice bathroom with rain shower. Little kitchen area with a coffee machine, mini bar and complimentary snacks of peanut slab and red rock chips ☺️ we loved our stay and will definitely be back.

We would definitely recommend this hotel. On arrival we were lucky enough to get an upgrade. The room was a suite , it was extra comfortable, clean , good linen and bathroom toiletries were lovely quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our couple of days.

Really loved staying here. Beautiful room (junior suite) with separate lounge area, lovely bathroom, nice communal balcony to have a drink on, complimentary good quality snacks, and Fantales at the counter! 10/10 recommend

One of the best in Mudgee and well priced, rooms are clean and well appointed with a small kitchenette for those that want to stay in. Staff are polite and helpful if you need some local advice, a cab booked etc.

This is an excellent hotel that offers something a bit different from your standard country motel/hotel. Being in a converted old building, the rooms are nicely appointed and spacious with good, modern bathrooms and a kitchenette.

The bed, the bathroom and the robes were the only good things. The "Library" room is incredibly cramped - we had to negotiate moving around to not block each other's way. Lounge was saggy. Eating area was a small, narrow, rough wooden bench, and the wooden stools were not comfortable. The TV in the bedroom area turned on when the channel was changed on the TV in the lounge area.
