海防山景

Beautiful newly opened hotel with very nice staff providing excellent service! We stayed at the Moon Boutique Hotel for one night while visiting Cat Ba island. The hotel is very well located on the town's main street and all sights on the island are easily accessible from this point. The room was large, stylishly decorated and had a very comfortable bed. Our favorite part of the hotel however was the staff! They went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and have a nice time on the island! They provided us great information about activities, prepared excellent welcome drinks and breakfast and always had a smile on their face. It was also very nice to see how well they worked as a team! Definitely the best hotel on Cat Ba!

位置方便,我們選了這家酒店做一天船遊艾倫哈灣,一天在國家公園。牀墊很舒服,房間很乾淨,早餐也不錯。整條街都在大施工所以很吵,灰塵很大。最好與酒店雙倍檢查,以確保道路工程完成。建議:1.更換沐浴露和洗髮水,因爲我們房間提供的氣味不好,2.與更好的摩托車租賃公司合作:我們通過酒店租用了2輛不同的摩托車,兩者都處於惡劣狀態(輪胎損壞,剎車不良,空箱,發動機故障,頭盔臭)

I did not receive the room type that I reserved through Trip.com. My booking was for two suite rooms, each with two beds and one sofa bed, to accommodate a total of nine guests. Upon arrival, the reception staff informed me that this room type was not available and stated that the listing on Trip.com was incorrect. As a result, the rooms provided do not match my confirmed reservation, causing significant inconvenience to my group. I would appreciate an explanation for this discrepancy and an appropriate resolution as soon as possible.

We didn’t get the room as pictured in the booking, instead we got a second floor room as in the picture. The bed was comfortable. The shower was too small, I’m 175cm and I had to crouch to wash my hair. The shower pressure was terrible going for slow to slower every second and other showers were the same. In the room we were in you could actually see into our neighbors shower. Our sink burst one time but they fixed it right away and were very apologetic. The area was lovely, as stated by others it is far from the centre but worth it for the quiet and the scenery with nice walks nearby. The hosing family were nice and helpful when getting our bus out of catba.

Todo perfecto. Está a 8 km del centro del pueblo principal pero no es un problema porque ellos tienen motos para alquilar. La piscina está bien y el servicio es más que correcto. Zona muy tranquila rodeado de montañas.

整體感覺不錯，便宜實惠CP值高，六樓的露台非常好，早餐也不錯吃。不過，設施方面差了一些，宣傳中有浴缸，實際上沒有，而且所謂的被子只有被單，沒有芯。飯店有摩托車出租服務。

我們在Tt假期入住,所以我想有些工作人員在假期,前台只有一個人。我們住的房間是雙牀房,但他們收集了2張牀,做了一張非常大的牀,但這樣做,它使牀周圍的循環一點也不方便,插頭放置在怪異的斑點。而且房間裏沒有足夠的插頭。房間裏的冰箱發出了很大的噪音,我需要用耳塞睡覺。 早餐過得去,最後一天,因爲我想酒店人不夠,我們拿的是咖啡館的早餐,早餐廳門口沒有告示牌,也沒有道歉。 酒店前面有個大工地,海景有點浪費。 不過在Cat Ba鎮位置不錯。

Bon hôtel pour le prix. Petit déjeuner moyen mais bon c’est pas cher donc il faut s’y attendre ! Attention, salle de sport inexistante (contrairement à ce qui est écrit).
