Located just 10 minutes from downtown Flagstaff, and backing a small forested canyon, this little hideaway will surely become a favorite getaway year after year. This is a single level cabin, with no stairs to enter and none inside, so perfect for all groups.   ***Home does NOT have a/c but is equipped with central heating for winter months*** 90 minutes from the Grand Canyon south rim 30 minutes from Sedona 25 minutes from Slide Rock Park 45 minutes from Meteor Crater 35 minutes from Arizona Snowbowl ski resort 5 minutes from Flagstaff airport 10 minutes from Northern Arizona University 10 minutes from downtown Flagstaff  *For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.* *If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances.. * $50 service fee will be added to the cost of any item that needs to be repaired or replaced due to guest damage. *Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes. -No Smoking on the property: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00 -$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour. -Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee -No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
