The hotel is located in the railway station building in the center of Ufa, on the banks of the Belaya River. Ufa Arena Sports Complex is 2 km away. The Ivan Yakutov Park of Culture and Recreation is a 20–minute walk away. Ufa Airport is 24 km away. Guests can stay in Economy rooms with two, three, four or six single beds. Each of them has a TV, wardrobe, desk, Wi-Fi. The facilities are located on the floor. The hotel is perfect for guests who are passing through Ufa. The location in the station building will allow you to quickly get to the departure point and eliminate the need to travel around the city with heavy suitcases. Above-ground single-level outdoor parking for cars is located on the forecourt and operates around the clock. Entry and exit is carried out from the city. There are 3 parking spaces for the disabled. Parking areas for vehicles are marked with road signs and markings. The cost of parking: • up to 15 minutes – free of charge; • up to 30 minutes (for passenger vehicles) – 50 rubles/parking space; • up to 3 hours (for passenger vehicles) – 100 rubles /parking space. • up to 24 hours (for passenger vehicles) – 300 rubles/parking space; • up to 11 o'clock (in the period from 20:00 to 07:00 local time) – 100 rubles/parking space; • up to 1 hour (for cargo and passenger vehicles) – 300 rubles / parking space. The hotel room is provided to the Guest upon presentation of the original passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation or a passport of a foreign citizen with a valid migration card/ visa, as well as filling out and signing the Guest's registration card. Citizens of foreign countries should first check the possibility of accommodation with the hotel staff. Children will need an original birth certificate before the age of 14. The hotel administration reserves the right to determine the possibility of a pet staying in a hotel room, as well as to refuse accommodation without explanation, including by prior reservation. It is forbidden to stay in the hotel with wild animals or animals that pose a potential danger to human life and health. Pets are allowed in the presence of veterinary documents of the established standard (a veterinary passport or a certificate from a veterinarian) with a note on all vaccinations. Special rooms of certain categories are provided for guests with pets, and multi-bed rooms are not provided. For accommodation with an animal, an additional payment of 1000 rubles is charged to the tariff. At no extra charge, it is allowed to stay with guide dogs that serve the needs of people with disabilities. When checking into a Hotel with pets, the Owner must familiarize himself with the "Rules of accommodation for guests with pets" and put his signature on the guest's Registration Card confirming agreement with these rules. The hotel reserves the right to terminate the contract with a guest staying with pets, without refund of the booking price in case of violation of the Rules of accommodation for guests with pets.
