One word. Roaches. Yuck.

Staff behind desk was not very helpful. There were bed bugs as well and when i stated my concern nothing was said just that i would have to contact ******* for a refund.

Staff was friendly. After reading numerous sub par reviews, I was hesitant to stay here, but the price was right so I took a chance. The property needs work, but my room was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great service, not so great room. The service was its saving grace. Our first non-smoking room was obviously smoked in, the second room was musty, so we stayed in the third room facing the highway. After the air ran the room was nice and cold and the smell was mostly gone. The swimming pool was not working. The room wasn't loud, but the towel rack was comimg out of the wall and the tv didn't work. The toilet ran all night, too. The shower curtain was falling also. This property has great potential, but next time we willl look elsewhere.

We fequested a non smoking and received a zmoking roo.. we made sure that management was aware as we were not going to be held responsible for the obvious odor. The mattresses were very rough on both beds.

Pictures on ******* are out of date. Pool had been shut down for over 2 years and was told by staff it was because owner just didn't want to deal with it. There were no amenities in the room, dead bugs on bed and floor, water came out brown when first ran. I feel like we got bait and switched and that's why we only stayed one night. Would have left sooner if everywhere else hadn't been booked on the 4th of July. The staff was friendly but that was the only up side. Also just got a call from a customer service center asking about our stay and to do a survey of this hotel, and the second I started listing complaints they hung up without a word. Will not be back to this establishment.
