Hotel cómodo Hotel cómodo, limpio, con habitaciones amplias y un excelente servicio por parte del personal de recepción. Al momento del check-out olvidé un paquete con una compra; al darme cuenta unas horas después, regresé al hotel y, gracias a la buena gestión del equipo, recuperé el paquete sin inconvenientes. ¡Muy agradecido por su honestidad y atención!

Booked well in advance and on the day arrived to find one of the rooms was unavailable. Room service failed to make beds. Disjointed staff.

There was no hot water. The staff should have offered everyone a complimentary breakfast, a small discount, or something. Also, the hotel has started charging $5 per night for parking. This is a suburban hotel with a large surface lot. The parking charge is absurd. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, but I will not be back.

Loved it here Very friendly and accommodating staff, tgey were all very nice and helpful any time I asked for anything. I recommend adding the breakfast to your reservation, there is a small buffet but you can also order anything extra such as omelet, pancakes, waffle, french toast...The location is convenient to everything and we always had easy available parking and felt safe. Although the pool is small, it was always clean, never too many people but kids would always find someone to play with & had fun, plenty of chairs & seating. Rooms were small, still had everything we needed, mini fridge stays cold, has microwave, beds & pillows were comfy, loved the blackout blinds & curtains. Whenever I called for anything such as clean towels, tp, more coffee pods, the staff brought it right away. The 1 & only thing i would complain about are the luggage carriers are smaller and we had to use 2 to & go back & forth couple times as we couldn't fit everything on those type even though we packed light & only had duffle or tote bags. I loved this Hilton Garden Inn, very nice especially the staff deserves ☆☆☆☆☆ Thank you & much appreciation!

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Room was clean. When booking on ******* we were under impression parking was free and no other charges but parking 5.00 per day and 25.00 incidental fee which we are not sure what that was for!

poor maintenance told staff that room door would not close unless forcefully closed - they did nothing to rectify; told them again the next day and they showed little interest. front desk staff simply took out a small Post-it note and wrote something and that was it
