What a lovely stay we had. 3 x couples. Rooms 6, 11 and 12. All rooms were spotlessly clean with nice furnishings and very new cutlery and dinnerware. Tea and coffee provided and even delicious biscuits. Bedding was comfortable and shower worked well. The lovely owner set up the dining table in unit 12 with extra chairs and place mats and plates etc. so we could all share our evening meal together. All this was done whilst we were out having lunch so as there was no disruption to our stay. We walked to Plantagenet Winery and the owner even offered to come and collect us in her vehicle is the weather turned. Such a beautiful location and such warm, friendly hospitality. We would highly recommend 101 Oatlands to anyone travelling through Mt. Barker. And we will definitely stay again on our next trip to the area. Thank you sincerely for a very enjoyable stay.

This hotel has everything you could wish for - clean, comfortable, warm, wifi, quiet, easy check in and check out. The environment is beautiful with birds, gardens and even donkeys nearby. It's only 1-2km from the town centre so very easy to get food. It's on the road to the Porongorups so also easy to get to the sights. The host is very gracious.

We booked at 101 Oaklands at very short notice. The owner had everything ready when we arrived. The buildings are newish and in a farmland precinct just out of Mount Barker. The uint was very nicely and comfortably furnished with all the usual requirements. The TV facilities were the best I have experienced outside of home with lots of streaming options and a very clear image.
