Very nice, clean well maintained stay. Excellent services and very kid friendly. Had an amazing experience.

It is really a good property. Service is bit slow as compared to what they charge, We spent new year eve here and it was a nice event overall.

Excellent place to stay. Good Ambience. The property greeted us very well. We would recommend this property to everyone.

The service was very poor. The check in was supposed to be 12 noon ,however, I did not get my room till around 2 PM. The room given was not fully serviced as amenities like tea,/ coffee/ water etc were not replenished fully and I had to ask for same to be topped up. The food ordered was delivered half cooked after 30minutes wait. I returned the food and after 15 minutes it was brought again and had to return as it was still not fully cooked. Ii ended up ordering Domino's Pizza.You cannot call Sterling Mt Abu a 4 star resort. I would be very careful when choosing any further stay at Sterling after this experience. The experience was as if I was staying at a 2 star hotel

Hotel terrif is high compared to room size and amenities. There are not special activities for kids

It was a perfect place for a short outing.

I am a sterling Member. It’s safe, hygienic, perfect kids and senior citizen friendly with 100% privacy. All events are very entertaining. Travel desk is very economical. Especially at reception desk Miss Dikcha Rai was so helpful. Since I accompanied with my parents on their 41st wedding anniversary Miss Dikcha arranged a perfect celebration within an hour. Also at dinning zone Miss Priya and Druvi mam were serving like a family member. The Sterling Mt. Abu resort is best to visit all over the year for their hospitality.

Best food and best service by Hema waiter and food is also good and hospitality also superb . complementary items also good very good . super hospitality by the staff very well mannered and good behaviour staff . I am really happy and a highly appreciated

We vsit sterling mount abu one of the best hotel in moung abu good rooms great view all the uo to the mark all staff are very courtus and polite in restaurant also dhirendre dhruvi ravindra abhay hema mahendra all staff are very helpfull also the food is very delocious

This place needed to highlites we visit mount abu first time climate is very good for vacation and with sterling mount abu it's 100 nd 100 also food and rooms we highly appreciated dhruvi she is very polite and courteous also abhay from bar serve best mocktails. Good to visit in abu
