很棒的工作人員,真的很友好,入住是爲了娛樂,遇到的任何問題都很容易解決,例如額外的毛巾。價格真的很棒,最終入住了1周+。阿靈頓真的沒有太多,但可以很容易地開車到任何位置

Got there at around 7:30pm, after travelling since 10am that morning, trains were cancelled and coach was delayed. It was a long day and we got to our room and called reception to order room service, (it had been advertised as having it) …. No room service available!! TRIED to go to sleep at 9pm, and our room was over what sounded like a 90’s ecstasy fuelled hardcore rave!! UNTIL 1am.!! Then there were people shouting and slamming doors. The place was literally like a circus, without the fun. I’ve seen monkey s**t fights at the zoo more organised than this place.

We stayed at the Hampton by Hilton in Hamilton on our way to Inverness, as we also did a couple of years ago. The room is simple but very comfortable with good beds and a view of the racecourse. Perfectly acceptable for a short stay. Dinner in the bar featured the usual suspects of burger, fish and chips etc, plus some more unusual things like haggis bonbons. All was fresh and well cooked. My only gripe, and it is a very small one, is that the choice of draft beer did not include any kind of pale ale / bitter - just 2 lagers (one not available), plus Guinness and a cider. Also a very limited wine choice, but I do appreciate this is a budget hotel. The thing that makes this hotel are the staff - universally cheerful and helpful, a real credit to the hotel. All in all a very good value hotel, with comfortable rooms and great staff.

整個建築的燈光很微妙。尼斯和放鬆的音樂和氛圍。 浴室裏只有一隻手和浴巾,雖然牀底有更多的,但我們不知道在哪裏找到這些,直到我們退房。我當時在洗澡,才意識到沒有第二條毛巾,打電話接待已經太晚了。 預訂房間有2個名字,所以我們期望浴室裏有足夠的毛巾,或者房間裏可以看到,而不是牀底下。

During my dining experiences at the hotel restaurant, I felt that the staff could have been more welcoming and friendly. While the service was efficient, a warmer interaction would have greatly enhanced the overall experience. Nonetheless, the food quality was satisfactory. Overall, the Ravens Cliff Hotel Lodge offers a decent stay, especially if you're looking for a straightforward, no-frills accommodation with the convenience of an on-site restaurant. It's a suitable choice for travelers seeking basic comfort and cleanliness.
