Inakzeptabel schmutzig auch nach Wechsel des Zimmers und in allen Fluren und Aufzug und überall. Extrem in die Jahre gekommen aber auch ungepflegt. Geringe Auswahl beim Frühstück, haufenweise schmutziges Geschirr und gelangweilte Mitarbeiter. Omlet-Bräterin schaut Videos auf dem Handy. Sehr bemühte Concierge, positiv.

The place has a lot of potential but if you want me to upgrade to the honeymoon suite and expect me to pay an increase fee, I expect something special. But the room was falling apart. Tap for the bath was hanging from the wall and leaking everywhere, could not take a bath, TV plug was short-circuiting and had to get different plug, WiFi was not working at all, and the response from the manager was just "oh I am sorry to hear that".

The facilities have deteriorated since our previous visit. Staff is great and friendly. Elevator, air-conditioner and wifi didn’t work, no back-up power during loadshedding.General maintenance not done.

Stay away if ure a couple vist.
U must ASK for towels......
Lift is out of service.
No licr liscense
Place needs a serious makeover.
Aircon not working.
Must be a ☆☆ accomodation lodge.
Breakfast...... ALWAYS LOW BUDGET. ALWAYS NO SCRAMBLE EGG AMD RAW WATERY BEACON.
They close the kitchen for residents for their famous groups ..
Indian travel groups their favorite source of income.... and very noisy till 00h00.
Building needs serous update.

Third visit. Not happy.
Aircon only blows cold.
NO WI-FI. The staff knew this, but happily gave out the code. After trying to link up, they admitted that the hotel does not have Wi-Fi.
Lift does not work.
Wet bubble filled with water hanging from our ceiling…?.?
Shower had black mould in the corners.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. We could not bath because in two days they could not find a bath plug that fits! The bath was the main reason we wanted the room! The aircon dit not work, heard from others that it was a normal problem. The door fell of the rail. The bed was comfortable and atleast the staff was friendly and professional

What a lovely stay. Very comfortable room. All the amenties needed. The location is great. Except that if it is misty the fog horn is very close. Service was very goof and the breakfast compared well to most hotels I have stayed in.

I suggest the hotel to invest on a generator as an alternative to loa shedding so that during during shedding you can atleast have lights on. It becomes very dark without lights. Breakfast menu was the same for those two days I was there.

Thank you for excellent service and hospitality. Our stay was memorable! The Hotel offered breakfast which was included with the daily rate. Value for money. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Hope to see you soon.
