This place has definitely changed for the better. I live out of town, and I teach in Moses Lake. I end up spending the night at least once a month. As a long-term resident of this area, I remember when this was one of the more sketchy motels in Moses Lake, and I avoided it for that reason. I see now that this was a mistake. I would say that the rooms in this motel measure up to many of the more expensive places. I've stayed in two different rooms here. Both were exceptionally clean, very well refurbished, and quite comfortable. Both were set up as suites, with a separate area housing, the bathroom, a sink, and a small counter. The decor was quite nice, the mattresses were clean and comfortable, and nothing seemed run down or shoddy. I would say trust the good reviews for this motel. It really is as good as people say.

The motel was good value for the price. Not much interaction with the staff. It felt safe. We were satisfied.

Staff was friendly. Room was decent. It was clean and functional with some minor asthetic issues. Pretty decent neighborhood. Grocery store is close by.

For an older motel on the outside, once inside my room it was updated, clean, loved the large countertop by the fridge and microwave. Cute decor, every room has a lawn chair outside these door to enjoy the sun, quaint picnic area by the office. The staff at checkin were so nice and eager to please. I will definitely be staying when I'm back in the area.

Staying at Sage N Sand is always my first choice when visiting Moses Lake with high school sports. It is always clean and fairly quiet. It is affordable with a comfortable bed, small but clean bathroom and shower a small refrigerator and a microwave that is easy to use.

Still My Favorite Place to Stay in Moses Lake Once again I had a wonderful stay! Staff was friendly, room was clean and the bed was comfortable 🙂
