Service at the front counter was very good. I got in late and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was confortable and clean. A little dated but clean and nice. WOW view from my king bed room window. Sat on the chairs provided on my patio and enjoyed morning coffee. The breakfast was really good and the staff friendly. Would definitly stay their again.

Would'nt stay again A few things that I was intially willing to overlook. The TV channels were super slow switching, like about 30 seconds to a minute between getting some of the channels to work. The second was sharp edges in the hot tub, where I cut the hell out of my foot on. I thought I was just being picky, but then they charged me and additional 50 bucks part way through the week, after I paid in full up front. I still dont know what they charged me for, I asked for 0 additional anything from them.

This was not as aspected or shown in pictures. Staff was able to get me a refund and was very accomodating. The rooms have a musky odor and are very outdated and not comfortable. I would not reccomend espexially those for allergy sensitivities.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is clean. However, it is an old hotel! Room AC is very old and makes lots of noiuse. You cannot open the patio door because of traffic noise from I-90 makes it very difficult to sleep. I used air plugs to sleep!

This is a great location, had tickets to the Gorge Amphitheater and it was a 30 minute drive away. Hard to find any hotels close to that venue. Close to the freeway with a room that had a balcony looking out at the lake. Comfortable beds, spacious and clean. Had a problem with the shower in our room, maintenance was very quick to respond, even on a Sunday. We had drinks in the bar, fast service and good drinks. We would stay again.

Friendly and helpful staff and a great view of the lake and some fury little friends made this trip to Moses Lake delightful!!
