Wingate by Wyndham Moses Lake

The staff was wonderful! The room, not so much. And we stepped up and paid for the bigger, nicer, more costly room. Stained smelly carpet, window lock was broken, bread clip left on the floor so not sure if it was vacuumed. Mold in tub area, stains on the bed skirt, cracked tile and the elevator looked and smelled like a milk container exploded. Breakfast was terrible. Soggy bacon, sausage had no color and barely warm. Omelette was tough and old and the water was terrible! Not going back!

Front desk was friendly and quick during our check-in. The breakfast area was clean and staff was very attentive to making sure product was stocked and areas clean. Room was nice, door trip could use a coat of paint but otherwise no issues.

Would stay again. Aside from a loud crowd of teenagers in town for a tournament our stay was very pleasant. Staff was courteous and friendly. Breakfast was better than average and our room was noticeably clean.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Nothing to write home about but was great for a pit stop stay.

For some reason this reservation was nonrefundable and could not be cancelled without paying the full price. I will be more careful to read the fine print next time and book only directly with the hotel
