由於去莫斯科出差,我在這個酒店住了好幾個晚上,而且這個酒店是由一位同事爲我預訂的。儘管所有團隊成員都非常有禮貌,但英語的限制使交流有時變得困難,爲了解釋我需要什麼,我不得不多次到接待和禮賓部去。房間急需翻修。浴室感覺很舊,浴簾應該換換了--埃萊米斯品牌的浴室設施是浴室裏最好的裝飾。客房服務相當馬虎,每天有東西被傷心地忘記交換或替換,所以我不得不打電話給接待處,但因爲他們在電話裏不懂英語,所以我不得不親自去解釋,我需要新的洗髮水或水,因爲2天沒有重新填充。早餐選擇得很好,但服務很差,一天早上我雞蛋Benedict花了20分鐘才到。(也許他們忘了,但那時我已經吃完早餐了)。從早餐室直接到克里姆林宮的景色很可愛,週日的鋼琴演奏也很棒。酒店位置最好 - 離克里姆林宮和紅場都很近,還有地下商場 - 幾分鐘就可以到達。我們要求搭乘幾次出租車,禮賓部爲我們預訂了這些車--遺憾的是,我們在接待處等了20多分鐘(禮賓部5分鐘後車就會到)每天,這也是汽車晚點的另一個原因(一天汽車壞了,一天汽車走錯了路線等),在莫斯科這樣的繁華城市,這是可以理解的,但我們不得不去禮賓部幾次,查看最新情況。轉機相當煩人。在下次訪問莫斯科期間,我將不會回到這家酒店,因爲我相信有更好的選擇。

我們在這個酒店住了11天,我們是11位女士。我們享受我們的入住體驗。這家酒店非常適合團隊旅行。我預訂了行政工作室(42平方米)帶早餐。這個工作室套房配有專用工作、座位和睡覺區。叫做初級套房(特大牀)。我真的發現浴室的熱毛巾欄桿非常方便,可以快速烘乾。我的衣櫃裏有熨斗和熨衣板。我的工作區有一台電轉換器。AILENA小姐,從接待處到達時非常樂於助人,效率很高。早餐有各種新鮮的口味,我喜歡燕麥和香蕉麪包,都柔軟美味。有一次我在餐廳吃了一頓很晚的午餐,我吃了新鮮的香沙拉和甜菜根的美味魚。

I visited Moscow for the first time and chose this hotel based on my travel agent's suggestion considering the budget I gave them. I stayed for four nights. The location of the hotel is really good. You will have access to both Old Arbat Street and New Arbat Street. Old Arbat is a walking street full of restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops whre you can certainly get Matrushkas for friends and families! New Arbat is also full of shops and restaurants. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Arbat Metro Station (Subway) which is great because you can use Metroi in Moscow to go almost everywhere. I told the receptionist that I want a quiet room and I don't care for the view so she gave me a room overlooking an alley toward Old Arbat Street which also gave a nice view of the city especially at night. The room was really clean and the lighting was cosy. The heating system was good. I did not have my breakfast at the hotel and did not use the hotel gym. I cannot really make any complaint about this hotel.

挺不錯的，早餐種類很多，味道很好。房間挺乾淨，不過我房間梳妝台鏡子正對着牀，有點嚇人。位置也很好，在街區裏面，很安靜，附近有酒吧街，也有便利店 藥店什麼的。離紅場打車10幾分鐘。前台英文很好，服務也很熱情，各種問路換零錢都很幫忙。PS room service就很難吃，也挺貴

I have been living in Moscow from 2018 - 2020 and was a long term resident of Marriott Aurora and Marriott Grand hotels. Due to Covid-19, January 2022 was the first time when I came back to Moscow after a long period of time and had decided to choose Marriott Grand for my stay. The hotel is located right on Tverskaya Street walking distance to the Red Square, theaters, many other cultural locations, and the wonderful Depo Luxury Food Mall in Moscow. It is also very close to the Belaruskaya train station which has the Aeroexpress directly to/from SVO airport. What differentiates Marriott Grand hotel from many others are the staff which are always there to help you with anything that you might require. The front desk staff are always accommodating with any early check-in and late-check-out requests and the concierge is always ready to help with restaurant and other reservations. Additionally, the hotel has a great buffet breakfast, nice restaurants, and also great room service which is available 24 hours a day. The gym and spa center on the -1 level is also really great, it has a wonderful gym equipment, swimming pool, sauna, and hammam. I wanted to also complement the hotel for it's cleanliness, from the lobby, the elevators, the hallways, and of course the rooms, it is a pleasure to see how the cleaning staff are always making the hotel look tidy and clean for the guests. Overall I really would recommend this hotel to my family and friends and hope that this review can help others on Tripadvisor to make the hotel selection in Moscow. Thank you once again Marriott Grand staff and General Manager for making our stay so wonderful! We are looking forward to staying with you again during our next trip to Moscow.

Arbat 6 boutique hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the front staff were welcoming and helpful. As international travelers new to Russia and struggling with the language, Arbat eased our transition. The general manager, Vlad, literally went above and beyond for us; he cared that we not only enjoy our stay in the hotel, but that we also truly soak up the country. He even helped us in our ”crisis moment” by making sure we got the tickets to the ballet we had our hearts set on (after experiencing issues with online purchasing because our credit cards were setting off international alerts and wouldn't allow us to buy, he walked to the bank to put money on his (maybe personal) card so that we could give him the rubles and he could buy for us). This is exceptional service, and he continued to give us helpful tips and recommendations during our stay. The hotel room itself was comfortable (cozy bed, good sheets, fluffy pillows, good views out the window, good shower pressure and even had a relaxing bath). The location was unbeatable. Walking distance to so many restaurants and bars and gift shops in such a fun part of town- during the evenings we were close to street performers and daytime we were close to rentable scooters. Forget the name of the bar, but our favorite bar was just downstairs. Kireal (sp?) was our unforgettable bartender who was enjoyable to talk with and made sure we drank the most delicious beers. Highly recommend staying at Arbat 6 for the totality of what it has to offer.

Если чего-то не хватало или не могли найти, девушки с ресепшен сразу же приходили на помощь - собственно, девушки на ресепшене) Особенно, Алёна) Очень приветливые и улыбчивые, спасибо за хорошее настроение! - отличное месторасположение и ВЕЛИКОЛЕПНЫЙ вид из окна!!! Всё в пешей доступности: метро, супермаркет, достопримечательности. - тишина (не считая гул от Арбата, но при закрытых окнах норм) Даже не минусы, а особенности: -завтраки в Шоколаднице в выходные дни начинаются в 10.00. Просто учитывайте этот факт, если вы ранние пташки или нужно в 8.00 кормить ребенка) Завтраки достойные, выбор есть. Отмечу, что т.к. у нас был ранний вылет, нам пошли навстречу и сделали ланч-боксы (блинчики, сырники, что очень приятно) - цена ”кусается”, но на мой взгляд, учитывая расположение и общий уровень сервиса, нисколько не завышена для Москвы. Итог: спасибо большое! Рекомендуем вас)

“+” 位於莫斯科市中心的絕佳酒店位置。莫斯科所有主要景點都可以步行,周圍有很多不同的咖啡館和餐館。酒店(包括其房間)更新。我的房間(#431)很大。我喜歡房間的設計,簡單可愛。我感覺完全很舒服在我的房間裏。兩張雙牀很舒服。Wi-Fi工作很快。我喜歡酒店的工作人員,每個人都很甜美,友好。另外,我想從管家那裏指出偉大的工作。當我需要什麼時,他們總是快速和樂於助人。“-”這裏沒什麼好說的。我的房間隔音不好。如果有人在走廊裏吵鬧,我可以聽到他們。另外,房間的插頭情況可以更好。牀周圍沒有電源插座(只有一個USB插座,沒有快速充電我的小工具)。最後一件事是便宜的浴室設施,聞起來沒有那麼好。
