I loved this property and it had accessible shopping centers that were walkable as well as dining. The area was nice and quiet as well as safe.. The area was nice and quiet as well as safe. The hotel parking was very easy and convenient. The staff was very kind and helpful. Check-in and checks out were easy and convenient. The room was clean and spacious although the walls were a little bit thin so you could hear what was going on outside your doors.

Didn’t get the king with sofa bed I booked, just a chair. When I notified staff I was moved to another room that was confirmed to have sofa bed, which ended up being the same set up as first room I was put in. Room number as clean and staff was great but I expected to get what I booked and paid for.

Property Was Pretty Well Kept & Clean! Staff Were Mostly Nice & Accomodating. One Of The Credit Card Machines At Front Desk Needs Replacing Asap!! Was Told Its Been Unserviceable For Lil While Now,& New One Is On Back Order! Stayed There A Year Ago, & Remember There Was Another Issue Concernin An Elevator. Was Told Parts To Fix Were On Back Order For A While At That Point As Well! Moral Of The Story, Hearing The Answer Of " Its On Back Order, Gets To Be Old At A Certain Point!! Results Are The Goal, Not Excuses.

The sheet was 'dirty'. At first I thought it was 'blood', but after a closer look, it was more of a 'burn mark' from a hot iron. Also, it appeared that the toilet had been changed, but the 'new one' was slightly smaller, leaving a white ring on the floor. Very disappointed in the room. I was very pleased with the people that I saw... (I did NOT mention the above to the 'desk person'.)

This is a pretty good place to stay and we would return. It's clean, far enough away from I75 to be quiet, very good beds, friendly staff, a good breakfast and a good building. It's good and could be very good with some work. Get some decent towels. Drying yourself with towels provided was like rubbing yourself with co**** sandpaper. Linens don't have to be finest Egyptian cotton but what is used at this hotel could be improved. Secondly, tighten the toilet seats. Ours was so loose that you hung onto the toilet bowl to ensure you didn't slide off when you say down. And while fixing the toilet seat buy some decent toilet paper, something a couple plies thick and a few grades up from the sandpaper provided. Finally, clean the bathtub drains! Nothing worse than showering and standing in 3 to 4 inches of water! Little things like this make a diffy for travellers - they make a good place a very good place to stay!

They had roaches in the bathroom and in the fridge. When we asked for more towels, they never came. The room never got cleaned while we were there either.

I love the employees who made my stay satisfactory in spite of the disappoin**ent of the first room received. The hot water did not work sufficiently. I was later moved to another room which was satisfactory.

Everything was wonderful about the stay but the only thing that could use a little fixing is the air conditioner kept turning off at night and making the room hot
