THIS HOTEL STEALS FROM ITS CUSTOMERS AND LIES. I left behind a priceless, irreplaceable teddy bear belonging to a family member. Over the past 3 days I have spoken to 5 different people who have all given me the same answer: we will let you know if anything shows up. IF. IF. IT'S AT YOUR HOTEL. FIND IT. I have spoken to Lily twice over the phone and each time she has given me different answers. I asked her on Saturday if she could transfer me to a manager. "No that cannot be done." How about a housekeeping manager or supervisor? She told me she doesn't have that ability. Another customer left a review stating she asked to speak to a housekeeping supervisor and was transferred. Lily was dismissive, rude, and acted like she had zero time or interest to assist me in getting my property back that is at her hotel. She told me she could not ask the housekeepers if they found anything because different people work on different days. Nothing but lies. No one from management has reached out. I am truly appalled how a hotel has zero interest in helping someone get their property back that is at their hotel.
