莫羅戈羅飯店(Morogoro Hotel)

Did not enjoy the stay in this hotel at all. The reception staff were very cold and unhelpful. The room was unsanitary upon arrival. The swimming pool water was murky. However it was a good stop off point for us to drive to mikumi national park and the food in the restaurant was tasty (Indian curry).

We spendere 5 nights in Morogoro Hotel and we had a lovely time. The staff were very friendly. The pool-guy was very serious about his job, he kept the pool clean every day and kept an eye on everyone in the pool. The rooms were old but clean, the bedsheets got changed every day. The air conditioner was effective. The surrounding was quit with a bird choir. The safety was perfect, the guards were around night and day. The breakfast was nice with fresh fruit, juice, meat and very tasty mandazi. It’s not far from town, it’s easy to walk otherwise there were taxis just outside the hotel. We will definitely come back.

In August 2022 we visited the Morogoro hotel and had a very nice time. That's why we came back this February. First of all the staff is very polite and do very much their best to make it comfortabel. The rooms are rather old, but clean and a renovation has started so that wil become better. In the past half year the menu card has changed in a very positive way. Not to much on the card, but nicely chosen, with the choice spicy or not spicy. We love the fruit! At a certain moment it was a little messy around the swimming pool. We reported it and action was being taken and after that it stayed clean. Morogoro hotel is situated near the Uluguru mountains. We enjoy the view, but there is also the possibility to hike! Also the garden of the hotel is very nice and well kept. A visit to Mikumi National Park is recommended! Only a 2 hour drive to see the wild beast.

I stayed here for 6 nights for work and was happy with the services. The rooms are clean and quiet, with air conditioning. The gardens are beautiful and WiFi is decent. The staff are friendly and helpful and the restaurant is good - the portions are huge! I'll stay here next time I visit and I hope by then they have perhaps become more environmentally-friendly (no small shampoo bottles, filtered water instead of plastic bottles, etc) as this is my only negative point

I came for a short business trip and I hadn't made a reservation. The staff were really friendly and very welcoming, there was great internet and everyone was very helpful. I had no expectations, from the exterior the hotel is un assuming but very comfortable and clean when you arrive.

A very welcoming place, cool environment, great hospitality. I enjoyed to the fullest just like my team. Natural foods, natural oxygen. Safety and security is just super. I highly recommend this place. Conference facilities are very good.

We had a training for five days 04 - 08 March 2024, your service was surely amazing, from your conference services, accommodation, refreshment and general environment was conducive.

What a week it has been conferencing at Morogoro Hotel, they have been the top go to destination at Morogoro for many activities. This week I was there with my team for a meeting and the services, food and work environment we found was extremely beautiful, calming and delicate. I definetely am looking forward to my next visit here, maybe a personal trip this time around. Beautiful.
