中央海岸汽車旅館(Central Coast Motel)

We were travelling with our medium sized dog so booked a room. Filthiest, most disgusting room we've ever experienced. Shower was very mouldy, someone's nail clippings in the corner and drain stank. I spoke to the man on reception and he looked at me in disbelief but came to look. He still couldn't understand the issue but volunteered to run a mop around the shower recess with some lemon-scented cleaner. Still couldn't bring ourselves to use the shower. The decommissioned air-conditioner unit had toilet paper jammed around the edges and none of the eating/drinking things provided were cleaned and sealed. Couldn't wash them first as there was no detergent provided. Door frame and the single bedside table were badly chewed by previous dogs that had occupied the room and everything was grubby to touch. Our dog could detect where other dogs had pee'd on the sides of the bed and floor and room smelled off. We paid extra for a dog-friendly room but I would definitely NOT recommend. Stayed because we were too tired to drive further after travelling from QLD.

This property has gone downhill tremendously since the new owners took over. The outside appearance is a disgrace and bordering on derelict. The rooms are ridiculously over priced for what you get. Grant it- the rooms are clean, just in need of serious upgrades and refurbishing. Way too expensive. I’ll stay elsewhere in future.

Staff very pleasant and helpful rooms comfortable and clean bed very comfortable

Our overnight booking for Saturday 30 September was made and confirmed by email on the 17th July. There was no further communication until I received a text msg on 27th September advising which Unit we were in. On arrival we were told the motel was fully booked (a long weekend) and they could not help. One of our worst and most stressful accommodation nigh**ares!! And we've been charged $150 for accommodation we did not receive. Our requests for a refund have had no response.

Very dated and unclean. The room smelled like sewage from the bathroom and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly since the previous guest. Even for a cheap overnight stopover it was too expensive. The premises was close to amenities in town but the area had a bad and dodgy vibe to it. The only thing it had going for it was a comfortable bed which seemed to have a fairly new mattress. Staff seemed to not have a care about the place. All windows and locks had signs of previous break ins.

It had a kitchen sink which we liked which is all we can say about our stay here Had to ask why it took over 10 minutes for shower water to run hot and basin was a dribble of water and got brushed off saying we had to run kitchen tap for 5 minutes before the shower Basin would only get warm water The amount of light that shines from outside ALL night is very annoying Would not recommend or stay here again

When we entered the room it smelled like the drains were clogged. I wouldn’t stay at this property for more than one night.

The rooms were spotless, the bed was very comfortable. The only issues I had was the surrounding area. Bogans walking by the back/side fence that borders a busy road screaming and swearing, & the neighbouring rooms had extremely loud people in them. This is such a shame for the owners, as the rooms are spotless and comfortable.

The property need an upgrade especially the bathroom management where very nice
