希爾頓歡朋飯店-莫爾黑德市(Hampton Inn Morehead City)

Great hotel and super close to the venue that we were playing at. The service was very good and we will definitely book again.

I chose this hotel due to the fact it was part of the Hilton Group. First when we got into the room it appeared to be cleaned, didn’t smell. As always I checked the bed, then made sure the appliances worked. Then the restroom, when checking the restroom, mid you they gave use a suite with a bench in the tub for the handicap, I checked the bench and there was hair on the bench, looked like ********** and on the door and frame looked like dried poop or blood, hand rail was broken, light bulb was missing by the closet. The floor trim around the sink area was coming off and my husband was walking to the closet and he hit his foot on the uplifted trim. After a long flight and then driving to our hotel. All I wanted to do was shower and sleep. I did notify the staff member at the front desk. She did personally come with a rag and some cleaning solution and wiped it down for us. It just made me not want to stay there anymore. I know it is small things but when you pay good money to stay for 9 days somewhere you expect a clean room when you check in. We did end up leaving after 2 days and went to another hotel down the street which we stayed before. I wanted to try a different hotel this trip and boy was I wrong !!! Probably in the future I would try them again(maybe)

There was a big hole in the wall. I saw 2 bugs in the room . I was not able to sleep because I was worried about bugs crawling in my bags and I did not want to take anything home with me. I don’t have to worry about this at home. This caught me off guard. Everything I had I had to wash as soon as I got home. Also shook everything out outside. Paid almost $300 to watch out for bugs all night. I will never go back to this hotel and they have the nerve to have breakfast. I think the health department needs to visit this place. If you like bugs stay there.

The most expensive hotel for what they had to offer. $647 for two nights to stay at a dump in the middle of nowhere in NC. I don’t understand these rates. The Hampton inn 20 minutes away where my relatives stayed was half the price.

Old everything! Wallpaper peeling, furniture bowed and looks like unrestored antiques outside on trash-day. Carpet turned any skin black. First shower there and a dead spider fell out of the towel. The shower head was oxidized and had gunk stuck in it. The air conditioning smelled like burning hair and it turned on every 20 seconds to only blow cold and DAMP air. The wifi is slower than slow and dont even think about using something like a Nintendo Switch online. The doors that go directly into the hallways upstairs are always unlocked at night so anyone can just come into the hallway. It was way overpriced for the there. For 200 dollars more for the trip, i could have stayed on the beach at a resort. The breakfast, i didnt get to enjoy because i was busy but they said they offered to-go. I grabbed a to-go and it was just an Apple, water, and vending-machine small cinnamon role. The staff was nice and there is a taco bell in the parking lot pretty much. Only positives...

No me gusto mucho por que cuando entramos al cuarto encontramos ropa colgada en el closed y eso me dio la impresión que los de limpieza no asen bien su trabajo y me sentí inseguro de que todo estuviera muy limpio

I was very disappointed that staff said ******* often misleads guest to think there are sofa beds. Had to book another room, whuch is added expense. I expect a call back to explain why!

Room was dirty. Bed was small and uncomfortable. Ac was very very load. Bathroom was dirty and old and had bugs. All for $300/night and not even a water view. Never staying here again.

The breakfast served from 6am-10am was not serviced. area was not kept clean and food items where not kept stocked
