Beautiful property, over 100 years old from Colonial era, with large comfortable, clean and silent rooms, impeccable service with high quality homely food, highly recommended for couples, solo Travellers, and friends - important to note that kids are not allowed here!

Very warm hospitality and a great attention to details. Felt at home during my stay and will certainly return next time.

Nous venons régulièrement à Moradabad pour affaire et descendons toujours au Nivah. Nous profitons du calme et de la beauté du lieu après nos journées de travail et apprécions tout particulièrement l’accueil, les dîners dans la sublime salle à manger, la discrétion du personnel. C’est une pépite!

Staying at Nivah is a unique and beautiful experience. It was one of the places I stayed for my first trip to India, and the architecture, the ambiance, and the design transported me to a different time. Mr. Yateender and his team oversee everything, and cook delicious food!

Nivah is undoubtedly the best place to stay in Moradabad, and certainly would rival most stays anywhere in the world. The space itself is so unique and beautiful, but even better was the attentiveness and service. This was unparalleled.

We discovered Nivah by chance whilst visiting the city. Our pre booked hotel didn’t meet our expectations and so we searched for an alternative and were delighted to have found this residence stay. it is not advertised as a hotel. It is rather like being a guest in someone’s exquisite home. Yattendre the manager was most attentive and welcoming. He was proactive and helped us connect with another local manufacturer. We stayed in the Jade suite, which was beautiful and very well presented.

We have had a wonderful stay at Nivah. Manager Yatteendra and his Staff do everything to make you feel comfortable and at home. The House is stylish, beautifully decorated and authentic. Our room was lovely and comfortable. The food was very tasty! Thank you so much Yatteendra for your good care and hospitality!

Nivah in Moradabad is a beautifully restored boutique haveli and an exceptional prototype for heritage hospitality done right. Each room feels like an artistic recreation, filled with character, thoughtful details, and stories from the region. The property offers a peaceful poolside area, fantastic food, and warm service that makes you feel instantly at home. Being in the heart of India’s brass capital, the shopping for brassware and local metal crafts is truly outstanding — a paradise for design lovers. Only a convenient drive from Delhi, Nivah is perfect for a weekend escape that blends culture, comfort, and creativity in one memorable stay.

As always, a wonderful stay here. The hospitality, the accommodation, and the food are excellent. Even when visiting Moradabad for business, you can truly find peace and relaxation here. Always a pleasure to come back!

A lovely tucked away property in Moradabad. Felt safe and protected in this guarded Hotel. Felt like stepping back in time. The whole property is Antique from the furniiture to the Wallpaper. We stayed in the Jasper Heritage Suite. Best Room in the Hotel. Bathroom all Marble. Find beauty and comfort in a place you might not expect. Yatteendra couldn't have offered to be of more help to us. He wanted to make certain we were comfortable and taken care of. Will be a pleasure to stay here again on my next trip to Moradabad.

This special hotel is the only place we will stay while in Moradabad! The Manger, Yatteendra Bhatt was exceptional as our host, and we (a team of ladies) felt very comfortable and safe here. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, the food is delicious and plentiful. I really can't say enough about this place. The grounds are magical and they have done well to keep the charm and charisma of the past. A must-stay!
