Private: large garden with lawn and flowers. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 6.5 km, grocery 6.5 km, bakery 4 km, café 4 km, bus stop 2.2 km, railway station "Esens" 7 km, ferry "Bensersiel" 9 km, sandy beach 9 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 23 km. Please note: car recommended. 3-room house 95 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Modern and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. The house is beautifully situated and very lovingly furnished. The landlords are very nice and uncomplicated. We were able to completely relax and recharge during the week we were there. We'll definitely be back!

We were blown away by this holiday home. Wonderful for everyone who likes it and to be for themselves! Fantastic garden, terrace by the house and beach chair on the meadow. A former farmhouse that is furnished with a lot of love for details in the country
