Confort, calme, emplacement, tout était ok Très agréable séjour chez François Entrée en autonomie facile Très bon emplacement pour visiter Montréal à pied Endroit calme, en bordure du parc Lafontaine. Bouilloire, cafetière à dispo en salle commune à toutes heures, c'était top.

This is the first B&B I stayed. I have to say it met my expectation of a 3* hotel I would normally stay. Communication was great and on prompt. I felt safe accepting this location safe just how promptly my questions were answered. Luckly, other room occupants also very quiet, considerate and kept the place neat. I would stay here again.

Très bonne expérience. Attention c’est une chambre d’hôtes sans breakfast. Machine à café et distributeur de céréales dans la cuisine bien équipée salle à manger commune aux 3 chambres. Même modèle étage en dessous. Indispensable de prendre le supplément parking car il est très difficile de se garer, c’est en plein centre ville. Très calme (chambre sur cour)

Worst Ever - Can't lock your room door. I believe all of the positive reviews have to be fake. The room is unsecure meaning that you cannot lock the door from the inside. the quality of everything is two 2 of 10 and there's absolutely no one to help you with any problems or concerns you may have access is ridiculous. The hotel is marketed as a b&b but there is no breakfast I could not get into my room for the second day of my visit because there's no one at the front desk and the code that I was given did not work to open the room.

A couple of weeks before arriving, I received a call saying she would move us to the downstairs room, and then we would need to move to an upstairs room. We are camping across Canada and had a lot of stuff we did not want to leave in the car. So we agreed to stay in the downstairs room throughout our stay. It is only after we arrived that I realized the downstairs room was a converted bedroom and wasn't even listed on the website (that should have been my first clue). It had a dingy, messy entrance from the back of the B&B. It was poorly managed. We did not get an internet access code until we contacted the manager, the body soap dispenser was empty, there was only one towel (for two people for a 3-day stay), the coffee lids did not fit the cups, we ran out of toilet paper and finally found some in a closet in the common room. The shade that allowed us privacy at night covered the whole patio door with a shade that was held together with packing tape, which made it difficult to raise. Also there was no way to get air flow during the hot nights. The only reason I gave it two stars was that the bed was comfortable, the shower was good and the person managing it was friendly. My suggestion is: Don't stay in the lower room unless it is offered at a much lower price.
