全新酒店。提供免費迎賓飲料。健身房和泳池都很棒。但房間裡沒有咖啡機。前台人員需要更多有關車庫內電動車充電樁的訓練。整體來說，服務非常熱情周到。

酒店很新，位置優越。提供收費地下停車場。健身房很大，24小時開放。我推薦這家酒店。

We loved this Moxy! The only slight downside was the location - it was just outside of both the Old Town and the main part of the city, a little bit stuck in the middle of no where. This wouldn't be a deal breaker for us, but was a little bit inconvenient a couple of times when we just wanted to pop out to a shop and the nearest was 20 minutes away. However, the rooms were great, clean, spacious, with everything you could need provided in the stash room. We ate and drank at the bar one night, which was fantastic service and good value. However, the pool/gym facilities were incredible! I loved finishing my day with a swim and a dip in the hot tub or sauna, and my husband regularly used the gym.  All in all, great hotel!

The hotel is very new and clean.it’s about 20 minutes walk to downtown.

New urban hotel with nice indoor pool. Parking in the premise slightly in the expensive side and easily running out of space . No breakfast served there, just a sandwich counter . Around the hotel still under heavy construction and no shops , restaurants within 400m radius

The staff here is super friendly and helpful. They suggested the route for our travelling. For car parking, it is suggested to B2 or 3, you will have more spots to choose and off loading.

Will definitely be back!!!

This part of Montreal is still under development. The immediate vicinity is characterized by former building sites now used as parking lots and some renovation projects. I seemed to be a long way by foot from anywhere I want to be - Old Montreal, shopping on St. Catherine, a coffee and pastry on Sunday morning. On the subject of coffee, there are no coffee makers in the rooms and no coffee in Reception until the bar opens later in the AM. Early risers need to find a coffee shop that is open. I come to Montreal often and wandered around in predawn until I found a place open on Rene Levesque. My room was OK, the exterior wall was all glass looking out to a concrete ramp going into the back of Place Bonaventure. Reception said there was underground parking nearby, but I didn't use it so can't comment.

Unworthy of the Marriott experience. The front desk is slow and unconcerned with your stay. When the room service doesn’t arrive, the room is too loud, and they’ve checked you in under the wrong name, you’ll find they explicitly don’t care, will not resolve anything, and will not escalate. This hotel is an embarrassment to the Marriott brand.

We come to Montreal frequently and thought to try a different hotel this time. I would not stay here again. This part of Montreal is still pretty bombed out. There is a hole in the ground at the end of the block, that continues a trail of demolition, albeit at ground level, right to the hotel. The immediate vicinity is characterized by former building sites now used as parking lots. My room - and all of them on the east side of the hotel - had a glass window for an exterior wall that gave me a inspector’s view of the underside of a concrete ramp into back-of-house at nearby Place Bonaventure. Rooms higher than mine no doubt see the top of the ramp. You’re a long way by foot from anywhere you want to be - A stroll thought Old Montreal? Shopping on St. Catherine? Maybe a coffee and pastry on Sunday morning? Bring your walking shoes. On the subject of coffee, there are no coffee makers in the rooms. That’s a characteristic of the Moxy Hotel brand. Late in the morning they are said to sell you coffee in the reception area, but is that what you want? Check in at around 4 PM saw long lines. From time to time someone - a guest - came from the elevator area, cut in line and had angry words with the reception staff. I could not make out what troubled these customers. When my time to register came, I had my own moment though. I made my reservation on the Bonvoy website but had to repeat my info because the Moxy system doesn’t communicate with the Marriott Bonvoy system. But then the real low point came when I had to swipe my credit card for a damage deposit that was twice what the room cost me. I never had to post a damage deposit before, probably because I am in my 70’s, traveling alone for one night and basically a peaceful person. What kind of people stay at this hotel and what sort of relationship does the management have with their customers? Montreal is full of hotels, pick another one.

I liked this hotel a lot. The person who checked us in had great energy and made the checkin painless. She could not have been more helpful. The hotel room was excellent and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever found in a hotel. Great bathroom. The tv was overly complicated but we figured it out. There is a small room on each floor where guests can help themselves to extra towels and other "supplies" and this was so convenient I am not sure why all hotels do not offer this service. Location was very good, although there was anoying road construction out front while we were there. Service at the bar was not great and service in the restaurant was impossible for us to finc. Nonetheless I would stay here again and I would recommend it. For the price it was an excellent place to stay.

我在蒙特婁市中心莫西酒店 (Moxy Montreal Downtown) 預訂了五晚住宿。 8月14日入住後不到兩小時，我就發現這家飯店完全不符合我的需求。房間連最基本的設施都沒有：沒有梳妝台可以存放衣物，沒有衣櫃可以掛衣服，也沒有熨斗和熨衣板。我這次旅行是為了參加正式活動，這需要我和我的伴侶妥善存放服裝，並熨燙衣服以保持儀態。當我向飯店管理層反映這個問題時，他們卻不屑一顧，非常不專業。他們粗魯地告訴我，因為這些物品在圖片上沒有顯示，我應該知道他們不會提供。這種回應既不合理，也毫無幫助。我沒有在這家酒店住過幾晚，不得不額外支付了計劃外的費用，另找一家酒店。當我聯繫飯店管理層尋求協助和退款時，我感到很失望，因為他們沒有從顧客的最佳利益出發解決問題。這家旅館服務態度惡劣，經營不善，甚至騙取顧客的血汗錢。客人應該享有透明的服務和基本的便利設施，而我在這裡卻沒有得到這些。我強烈建議其他人不要入住這家飯店。

What a great hotel!! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Greeting us every day as we came and went. They offer a free drink on check in. There’s lots to do for the family. Be sure to check out the second floor hall of mirrors where you can draw or write messages, fooseball, ping pong and games area. Feeling the need to chill after a day of sightseeing, go on up to the twelfth floor for a dip in the pool or the heat of the sauna. There are daily features such as a movie night with popcorn. Everything is super clean. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The showers offer tons of hot water. The only thing missing was a coffee machine in the room to get the day started. The hotel is central to everything you’d want to see within Montreal. Park your vehicle, lace up the sneakers and head out for an adventure. We will come back for sure!

Great experience - flight to Montreal was delayed horribly so arrived a day late. Informed the hotel by email when we could, and they were very empathic and accommodating. Very nice vibe on arrival and staff seemed very genuinely pleased to see guests and to be as helpful as possible. Great pool and facilities, good downtown location - couldn't fault the hotel.
