歐帕精品飯店(Opal Boutique Hotel)

Je n'ai jamais reçu le code d'accès pour entrer dans l'établissement. Très mauvais service de la part de l'hôte. Personne ne répond au téléphone et la boite vocale est pleine. Finalement je n'ai jamais pu accéder à l'établissement et j'ai dû me trouver un autre hébergement.

Clean room and also plenty of restaurants nearby. Not only that but it is just minutes away from Berri-Quam

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is incredible and the room had everything we needed. Some of the reviews said the street noise was loud, but we didn't have a problem - it is just normal city noise. So happy we booked this hotel :).

Property had an ant infestation and they ended up all over our belongings. The space is very small which is hard when the ants are everywhere and you can’t escape them.

The hotel was clean and there was small kitchen with some dinnerware which was good for us coz we stayed for 6 days. But the microwave was not functioning properly and it was a hassle to unlock the door every time. The room was so small that there were no space to keep the luggages. So many stairs and as we have a baby, it was very annoying to go up and down.

Extremely loud until 4am, all 3 nights of my stay. There is a nightclub or pub right next door with constant loud music every night. You will feel the base in your core, even with ear plugs, I got very little sleep all 3 nights. If you are planning to party all night and sleep during day, you may be happy here.

Location is great. Management leaves something to be desired, during my stay the bottom step on the stairs fell off. Not a quiet location, but a lot of great things to do all around.

Location is good, close to downtown. Access to room was easy. Room was too small. No bedside table, TV had no cable or satellite. A/C did not work, it was either 67F and freezing or A/C would turn off and stifling warm. Bathroom so tight there is no room to get ready. No counter space in bathroom, had to use toilet seat as counter space. Stayed 2 nights and towels and coffee were not replenished. Not worth 200+ per night. Would not recommend or stay again.

No mirror in bathroom, tv not fully functional as no internet connection, no bedside lamp as no nearby socket, teaspoons would be good. Otherwise ok for price if rather bland.
