Wrfy格里芬鎮公寓飯店(Werfy Luxury Apart-Hotel)

Checking in was a bit of confusion Wish they had told us they are independent of the hotel operation It was a small room packed with checking in guests Process was slow due to one check in at the time The towels are old and lots of lint, the living room has no curtains for privacy The streets were a bit noisy Otherwise the stay was ok

When we first arrived at the hotel, we doubted if the Werfy reception was on the ground floor, but a staff member directed us to the fourth floor. Perhaps putting up a signboard could make it easier to find the reception. Other than that, the apartment is nice, clean and close to old Montreal.

Tout d'abord celui qui vend n'est pas l'exploitant. L'hôtel dans lequel vous rentrer ne peux rien faire pour vous car il sous loue a une société qui n'est pas sur place . Donc quand vous constater que la chambre la plus calme de l'hôtel, côté jardin, donne sur l'autoroute et sur les voies ferrées du train et du métro aérien. Avec un train que vous entendez passer comme si ils étaient en train de traverser la chambre, l'hôtel ne peux rien faire pour vous. Bref une horreur pour dormir. Sachant qu on nous a vendu et promis le calme !!! Trop éloigné du centre ville. Le métro est à 2km3 et les bus sont absents. Il faut les attendre plus de 40 mn pour rentrer du métro à l'hôtel à partir de 18h. Si vous n'êtes pas véhiculé, évitez cet hôtel. La chambre est confortable et les personnes de l'hôtel sont sympas mais vous n'êtes pas en affaire avec eux et ils ne peuvent rien pour vous. J'ai des traces écrites de ce que je dis. Mauvais souvenirs, je déconseille fortement.

Beautiful place to enjoy with your family. Our apartment was on 9 floor. It has a beautiful view. Kitchen was fully equiped. Staff at customer service were very polite, pleasant and understandable. Highly recommend this place. Walking distance to old Montreal.

No complaints what so ever. Room was spotless Bed was comfy, although i will bring my own pillow next time. Check in was effortless Quiet hotel Stocked kitchen for cooking We will be staying again next time we visjt Montreal

We stayed at this hotel for 11days and was happy.The hotel was good and we enjoyed our stay. Room was clean (we were required to book one complimentary cleaning which happens only between Monday and Friday 10am - 2pm). The area was very safe and very accessible to local buses and about 12mins to the nearest Metro. The apartment is also surrounded by good eateries and stores. .staff were also quite responsive ( I had to call them when I could not access the TV) .. The only downside was the TV was problematic and there weren’t many TV channels to choose from as a lot of them were only available to watch by subscription..

Great place to stay. A little home away from home. Building is very modern and clean. Easy walking to metro, old Montreal and good restaurants. Receptionists were very helpful and efficient. Will likely stay here again when I am back in Montreal.

We had a nice stay. Our room had a nice view of the Montreal skyline. It was very easy to get to transportation into the popular parts of the city. The kitchen was well equipped, though it would be nice to have a few more kitchen tools. Overall, we had a very nice stay.
