Walk into the main room with living room and smart tv, ample dining space, and a fully stocked kitchen. The large bedroom with three twin beds is tucked off the kitchen area. Cupboards are stocked with everything you'll need for making a meal for a group. A door from the kitchen leads to a fenced yard and covered patio with seating. A half bath is down stairs. Up a flight of stairs are two bedrooms and each has its own full bath. The first bedroom has a luscious queen bed and plenty of pillows. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a small single bed. Just a note: The two FULL bathrooms are both upstairs. The key pad codes makes coming and going very easy. We live in the area and will leave some awesome recommendations, but you will have your privacy and the house to yourself. Set conveniently near HWY 71 and Riverside, a short drive will get you to most of the great Austin high lights. There are two large off street parking spots. Just a block and a half away is Ani's Day and Night, a neighborhood treasure with coffee, cocktails, and food trucks. Cars are nice and there is parking space, but the BUS is a great option. From the airport, fine Bus 20. The ride is 13 minutes and the fare is 1.25 (exact change or you can buy a pass). The bus stops at the corner, so the walk is less than a block. A week's pass is 11.25. Riverside is a MAIN bus route. Super convenient! This is the front house. There are two small houses in the back but each is very separate with its own fenced yard. What is the parking situation? There are two spots for off-street parking. The on-street parking is also available and free. The house is a two story. The main level has the living area, a half bath and a bedroom with three twin beds. Is the studio a stand alone house? Yes, house is a stand alone home. There are two small houses behind, but each has its own fenced yard. All very separate. What is in walking distance (within 1/2 mile)? Coffee- Nenai Coffee, Ani's Day and Night Restuarant - Taquería Arcadio, Delmy's Pupuseria Golf - Riverside Golf How do I check in? A day or two before your arrival, we send the details for your check in: address, door code, wifi info. You will be able to come and go using a code. Your personal code is activated at 3 pm, so if you request an early check in the code may not work. Just remind us! Can I extend a stay? To extend a stay, you can request through the app or message us. We will check the calendar then send confirmation with the new payout. Can I change or cancel my reservation? It may vary a bit between platforms, but usually 5 days prior to arrival guests may receive a full refund. If a guests wants to make changes within the five days arrival or after arrival, we cannot provide a refund. Are pets allowed? Because of allergies, we are not able to accept dogs as guests. Are there extra pillows? We provided two pillows per person. For instance, a queen bed will have four sleeping pillows. We leave plenty of extra blankets as well. Are extra guests allowed? If you have a few (2-3) friends pop over, this is not an issues. Is smoking allowed outside? Yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space. Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests. Could we leave our luggage? We are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in. Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised. There is also a service (usebounce) that is an option for storing bags. Could I have an early check-in or late checkout? We use the DACK app (info given upon confirmation) where guests can purchase extra time before check-in or after check-out. This allows our cleaners to manage their time and have houses ready in a timely manner. What is a MUST do in Austin? We love Barton Springs (especially in warmer months). South Congress has so much in a close proximity. Park close to Jo’s Coffee and stroll from there (shopping, cafes, music!). Vera Cruz tacos are really the best Austin has! Our Capital is gorgeous and very worth a drive by!
