Our charming cottages are completely renovated with great taste & they are located in an enchanting setting on the banks of the river in Montolieu, book village and only 15 minutes from the famous medieval city of Carcassonne. *The gîte "La Maison du Vigneron" completely renovated in 2024 with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and sofa beds for 4 people, 2 kitchens and 2 terraces can be rented entirely for 8 to 12 people maximum or in 2 parts with only 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed for 2 people and the gite "la Confluence" with 1 double bedroom and a sofa bed for 2 people. This ad offers you the cottage with 3 bedrooms. *The "Au fil de l'eau" gîte, built in the 16th century around the old arched entrance gate of the village, will immerse you in a unique setting.
