$500 a night, no hot water on floor 14, we left at 5am, out all day and no one cleaned the room, made the beds or switched out the towels. I’m a hotel owner and I was not just disappointed but appalled by the service, quality, prices and conditions. It used to be very nice. Sad to see.

The security wouldn’t let me go back to the room to see my daughter, rather they went to the door, demanded my ID, and said do not open it for anyone while making me wait in the lobby for over 25 minutes to be let back up. It was the most unbelievable and abusive experience I have ever had. My daughter was shaking with fear, terrfied.

The room was clean and spacious. Check in was easy except they charged us for early check in which was fine however we still had to wait. No one came to clean our room during our 4 night stay except for one night, they showed up at 10pm. We were already in bed so it was a little irritating..

No one to greet us when we arrived, no bell man, no room cleaning service the entire three days we were there. We rarely even saw cleaning staff. The customer service was very lackluster. The room was nice and very spacious. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would like.

The hotel was great. Everything was excellent the food, staff, etc. We were there during the storm and they couldn’t be more helpful. Will definitely be back again.

Quick but great stay; everyone was very nice. Room upgraded which was really appreciated since it was our wedding weekend. The only negative was that there weren't many options for restaurants open.

Room was great, would stay there again......the staff was fine , although not overly friendly or welcoming , but that's fine.......overall very good experience there.

The staff was not helpful. Our room was very dirty including dirty shower that looked like it wasn’t cleaned from previous guests, stained couch, bedding and floors.

Room was not spotless when we first arrived in our room, we had to have room service, come and vacuum.
