The valet desk was overwhelmed with the volume of cars and neefed 2 more staff. Same with the front desk. 15 monute wauts at both...otherwise great

Beautiful hotel! Great bed. Loved the spa! Great breakfast food! Walked for 4 mins to Central Restaurant & awesome food there! A nice girlfriend getaway.

The staff was very friendly and cooperative, the rooms were lacking seating would have like maybe two chairs. Also a very limited menu.

The Renaissance Montgomery was perfect! My Mom and I came to town for a show at the Montgomery Performing Arts Center the hotel was still decorated for the holidays and was beautiful. And to my surprise the MPAC was actually a part of the hotel so we did not have to go outside in the cold to go to the show. The room had a gorgeous view of the river, beds were ultra comfy and bathroom was huge. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. We had the best time and are planning our next visit!

The Room was not clean, bathroom shower was dirty , room had a funky smell, I had to be switched several times, also was told the smell was due to a flood on one of the floors, unacceptable, the property seems to be deteriorating.

This establishment is a class act! From valet to room service, everything was perfect.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Great location and great hotel overall!!

The staff was SUPER NICE!!! Everyone on staff from front desk to valet they assured you had no questions or concerns. You can really tell management is doing quality control because everyone was showing consistent efforts. The hotel was very clean and spotless.

This was my first time at this property due to an unexpected lengthening stay in Montgomery, AL. All staff were friendly, funny and willing to put my comfort first. Thank you! Patricia Nelson
