Passing through. Nice place, not over the top but nice. Our bed spread was put on sideways😆. Sheets were pilly- worn out, but clean. Breakfast was hotel average. Coffee was AWFUL. Coffee concentrate mixed with hot water. Ish. No hot tub!

Everything was pretty great Room bathroom was lovely only thing the sink stopper was broke and water drained slow again not a major deal 2 nd and 3rd floor soda machines didn’t work had to go to 1st floor not a big big deal it was just a inconvenience oh and I forgot to add the two night stay to my points can it be added now

The room was very dirty. The beds were poorly made - like I debated whether or not they even changed the sheets. It led to a very poor night of sleep. The room smelled very bad too…like something rotting or sewage…not really sure. We’ve stayed there before, and it’s been great. This time, not so much.

We had to move to another hotel before the end of the booking period due to the poor cleanliness, status of the property and bad service. We asked for a refund and the hotel staff was rude and refused to charge only for the nights spent. We filled a complaint to ******* and the team was not useful either.

The room was a mess. Anywhere I went in the hotel, it was a mess. No staff. The room did not have a comforter on the bed. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Tried getting help from the front desk and no one was there.

We had hair on one of the pillows which was a big turn off. They seemed to be working to try to update it some. The breakfast was good. Will not stay there again.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the fresh made to order omelets were a nice bonus each morning.

Very quiet rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. East freeway access. Near to restaurants. Reasonable rates.

At check-in I stood ignored/unacknowledged by the desk clerk for more than 10minutes as she spoke with someone who apparently was attempting to revise a reservation. At the end of the check-in process she handed me the key packet and announced our room number to the 3 parties behind me and another fellow waiting to make a purchase. That's a basic guest safety/security breach that reflects poor or non-existent training. At bedtime we saw the nasty bedspread (see photo). Obviously there's no one checking "cleaned" rooms.
