Great new hotel. We felt very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Service was good. No complaints here.

Clean, comfortable, & quiet. This hotel offered a nice breakfast with cold and hot breakfast options. Loved being greeted by the super-friendly woman behind that great breakfast :) Almost every staff member I encountered was positive and helpful; one gentleman went out of his way to put away our luggage cart and another wiped up a spill that was our fault! The location is great. I walked to Kroger several times and could have walked to many great restaurants and coffee options. The water pressure was a bit low and the hot water took a while, but with all the other positives, I'd definitely stay again!

Stayed in a suite with one bedroom. Really liked how large and clean it was. Had a full size fridge, very large microwave, silverware, dishes and sink. It was extremely clean and looked new. The bathroom connected to the bedroom with a sliding door and a regular door in the main room This was very practical. The full breakfast was very good with a lot of choice including apples and many other choices of food. Excellent value for the price.

Check in was easy and the staff was efficient and courteous. Housekeeping was the issue with half the dishes and silverware in the dishwasher and no regular coffee in the room. Two types of tea and a decaf coffee pod.

Overall the stay was amazing. Only feedback would have been the breakfast. The waffles continually stuck to the machine and the breakfast sandwiches were hard as rocks the second day. They were not able to be eaten.

Great location! Hotel is awesome: Clean, Quiet, Safe! Love this one - will stay again in the next trip.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and close to the University and downtown BB. The staff is very friendly and the amenities received at check up are a plus. Breakfast is not bad either.

Very clean and comfortable place. This is my second time there and I love it!
