Flights delayed got to hotel no one on desk to check anyone in at 3 am. Sat in chair in lobby called phones no answer. Eventually day shift kitchen staff arrived and found a sleeping desk person. I got my room at 630 am ! No apology and no customer service horrible. No manager available all weekend - do t stay here unless you get there before 6 pm

Room was in the 60's when we arrived, which is too cold despite being summer. The remote did not work properly, so it was very difficult to navigate the tv selections. The continental breakfast wasn't that great, but it was passable. The bed was cozy and the room was clean. It is clear that the hotel is getting older and is in need of some repairs and replacements of scratched and damaged furniture. But it was all functional and comfortable.

It was clean and convenient. However, the deodorizer or air freshener they use when cleaning the room was overpowering. Also there where guests in adjacent rooms having a loud party from about midnight to 2:15 AM. Pillows are crap.

Staff were not friendly. Food was disappointing. Very green bananas, over cooked hard boiled eggs. Kids running up and down halls above us.

Overall was good. There was no USB port to charge the phone or a fan in the bathroom. Breakfast was free and was ok.

I asked if they can change it to a one bed king size and they agreed and when i got there i did not get what i want. Also they had no toothpaste of any necessities, they “ ran out”

The hotel was adequate, but there were no Gideon Bibles in the room. I work with this ministry, and most professional hotel managers know it is important to include these.

I stayed at this property before but never again after this visit. I requested a room on the 3rd floor but the Front Desk agent said they were sold out and there were no rooms on 3rd floor. The bedsheets and bedspread were terribly wrinkled in the room I was assigned on the 2nd floor. When I complained the Front Desk agent all of a sudden found a room on the 3rd floor which he claimed they did not have. Unfortunately, the room on the 3rd floor also had bedspread and sheets terribly wrinkled. It looked like they were either reused after someone else or not pressed after wash. Either way unacceptable and unsightly! The Front Desk agent told me there was nothing else he can do. There was no manager on duty! The next day I had to recheck-in for my second night, the desk cut new keys for my room but keys did not work and I had to come downstairs again while my wife waited in the hallway holding a baby! The Front Desk agent did not say one single time “sorry for the inconvenience” or expressed any remorse. This property used to be fine but it really fails the most basic hospitality standards now.
