康羅凱悅飯店

Overall a pretty nice hotel, checked in later at night (11-11:30) and we had booked a 2 queen bed room and they had given it away. We were given a King bed and had to ask for a roll away bed. Not the service level i expected from a Hyatt hotel.

Loved our stay! We were visiting family and had our 4yo and 6mo with us! Everything was very convenient and the staff was SO accommodating! The property was lovely and the Conroux restaurant had the BEST breakfast! Definitely will stayhere moving forward when we visit Conroe again!

Perfect Stay for a business trip The hotel was beautiful, modern, clean, and filled with great staff. At first concerned that my door was open upon arrival, but lobby receptionist was willing to change my room. I decided to keep it because of the high floor. I enjoyed the gym, the happy hour lounge, the restaurant, and the firepit outside. I love their guacamole dip.

Nice in some ways, disappointing in others We were in town visiting a family member for 5 nights so decided to stay in a nicer hotel than usual. The hotel staff is very nice and the common areas of the hotel are very modern, clean and welcoming. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated but for the price, we were somewhat disappointed. The bed was uncomfortable. The staff tried to help us with that but were unsuccessful. Also, since we were staying 5 nights we would have liked to have a dresser or more drawers in order to unpack our luggage and not live out of a suitcase. Our top floor room view was basically of dead or brown trees. For an event, this hotel would be nice to stay at for convenience, but for a future family visit we would probaby return to a lower-priced hotel in this area that we have stayed at that is equally spacious and clean, and includes breakfast.

CONVENIENTLY LOCATED ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND NIGHT TIME LIGHTS ARE BENEFICIAL. HOWEVER, THE PILLOWS ARE AS HARD AS ROCKS AND GAVE ME A HUMONGOUS HEADACHE!!!

The check in was fast and friendly. The property as a whole is clean and comfortable. The showers were excellent in the room and the beds were comfortable. I didn't get to use the gym but it looked amazing, as did the pool. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was delicious. My only complaint is that the AC in the room was not very cool. However, as we were there in February that wasn't a problem. My concern would be during the summer when its much hotter.
