在老城區，很好的入住體驗，房子很有歐式的風格，每天都會打掃，附近🈶很多歐式的建築，靠近海邊，步行可到

下午三點才能辦理入住，上午十一點前辦理退房，有一點點不適應。建築有歷史感，裏面的裝潢設施不是很新，跟國內200以下的酒店差多吧，但對比這邊物價也合理。離獨立廣場非常近，總之我還是比較滿意。

1926年開業的酒店, 很特別。 位置很好, 獨立廣場, 海邊, 走兩步就到了。 早餐在樓頂, 很有調調, 水果&果汁新鮮, 好吃😋

房間不錯，但是早餐就一言難盡，中國同胞大概率吃不慣了。前台服務不行，房間都給弄錯了，態度還比較敷衍，多虧攜程協調解決

前面的點評忘記附上照片了，這裏補充一下，酒店非常好，前台人員入住的時候態度一般，後面每天打招呼，倒也熱情。

早餐很好，許多水果， 所有的服務人員都很友好

在老城區，去附近的廣場也方便，距離海邊也很近

位置很好，但是年代比較久遠，味道很大，早餐挺好

設施：游泳池 桑拿都有

房間乾淨，前台服務員態度非常好，有問必答。

In the downtown, very easy to take a walk to city, very quite for sleep

I was assigned a small room at the back, which I was told was the last room left, due to an event that night. I complained at reception, having been unable to find the details of my reservation online. They could not help! I was told that I requested a quiet room, which it true. BUT, I also request an airport shuttle 2x and got not reply. Most critically, the room had a very bad smell & after my second trip downstairs on a busy night due to the wedding I explained that I refused to sleep there. I had left opposite facing windows open for 10 mins to air, without improvement. FInally, 2 cleaners were sent & one explained that a wall had just been painted! I complained again & finally they discovered another room! 40 mins after check-in, I moved my luggage to the new room (no offer to help). Bad service at Esplender hotel.

A very good more upscale hotel in Montevideo. it's close to many transport options and breakfast was included as well. The rooms were alright; but nothing that wasn't working. The staff were super welcoming and warm, always attentive and smiling, especially at the front desk!
