老闆對客人真誠、負責人為客人提供周到細緻的服務。房間衞生舒適，早餐量大、水果豐富、食材新鮮，味道很好

This hostel is a gem. It is run by Jeremy and his mother, and feels like a real home from home. Fresh cooked breakfast every day (fruit and pancakes&syrup or eggs&toast) served with lovely coffee. A kitchen is available if you want to cook any meals. We planned on staying 4 nights and extended by another 5 as we loved it so much!

Really recommend this place if you're staying in Santa Elena. Rene was a fantastic host, always helpful and recommending less touristy places, supporting local businesses. The the facilities were well kept and clean, rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. Breakfast was delicious, local coffee and freshly cut local fruits, homemade jam.

Combinei a minha chegada com o Renê que foi muito gentil comigo, porém fui uma das últimas, senão a última pessoa atendida por ele,que pela informação que obtive da outra pessoa do hotel, desfez a sociedade e foi viver a sua vida. Ótima hospedagem, só tenho a reclamar do quarto aonde fiquei ter cortina branca,o que me despertou com o nascer do sol e do horário do café ser curto, até 8.30h. Ia sugerir a ele alterações, mas como não o vi mais,deixo aqui registrado.

We had a marvellous 4 nights in a very friendly spot, made all the better by the mighty Rene who became our friend during our stay. Accommodation was more than adequate for the very reasonable price, & breakfast great with endless coffee. Location perfect with a couple of excellent sodas nearby. Rene was so knowledgeable about the area & gave us excellent tips - thank you!

This is the second year we stayed with Rene - he is a very welcoming host. Very clean rooms, good view to the cloud forest from the top rooms. Very good breakfast, love the local fruit. Will return for sure on our next trip in Santa Elena.

Einfache Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht. Jeremy ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der uns mit allen möglichen Fragen gut helfen konnte. An beiden unserer Tage gab es jeweils ein anderes Frühstück. Alles war wirklich gut.

Le plus de ce logement c'est l'accueil et la gentillesse de la propriétaire. L'emplacement est très bien aussi très près du centre Monteverde mais pas calme quand même . C'est très propre , petit déjeuner correct et qualité prix plus que correct. Mais c'est des cabinas.
