前台在收按金時,説卡不能工作,後交100美金作為按金,但沒有給收據,第二天感覺不對,要求退還按金,卻不承認收了100美金,又説是用了卡。讓人有受騙的感覺。此行住了4晚,但中途衹做了一次衞生,問前台,他告知每兩天做一次衞生,每天衹得找前台要換洗的毛巾。是至今為止,體驗最差的酒店。
At check-in, the front desk said my card was not working and asked for a USD 100 cash deposit. However, no receipt was provided. The next day, I felt something was not right and requested the return of the deposit. They then denied ever receiving the cash and instead claimed that the payment had been made by card. This gave me a strong impression of being deceived.
During my four-night stay, housekeeping was only done once. When I asked the front desk, I was told that cleaning is provided once every two days. As a result, I had to go to the front desk daily just to request fresh towels.
This has been the worst hotel experience of my trip so far.
