Het was een heerlijk verblijf op een prachtige plek, warm, gastvrij, mooie kamers en het uitzicht was prachtig. De eigenaren hebben veel energie in de restauratie gestoken en weten wat gastheerschap inhoudt. Het diner was voortreffelijk, het brood probeer ik nog na te maken ☺️

My husband and I spent over a year planning our trip to Italy to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. For almost a year Nathalie graciously communicated with us providing excellent recommendations of things to do in the area, tour guides and restaurants. Every suggestion was spot on and made our stay even more spectacular. We wanted a magical place to stay while in Tuscany. Stelle Di Monte is BEYOND magical. Upon arriving we were awestruck by the beauty of this renovated farmhouse and the expansive views across the valley to Montepulciano. There are not enough adjectives to fully describe the beauty of this property and the surrounding area. From the moment we arrived Nathalie and Igor welcomed us into their home as if we were family. They gave us a tour and helped us settle into our room. The room we stayed in was the Degli Artisti. It was spectacular, spacious, beautifully decorated and spotless. The view of Montepulciano from our window was breathtaking. Each morning we enjoyed the incredible made to order breakfast created by Nathalie and Igor. We also were lucky enough to have a dinner prepared by Chef Igor. Don't miss this. Simply amazing! Nathalie and Igor shared the story of their three-year renovation of this 400-year-old farmhouse. It is evident they have poured their heart and soul into every detail while creating this beautiful place. Without their vision and hard work, travelers like us would never have the chance to experience something so magical. When leaving, I was brought to tears thanking them for creating this wonderful home they have chosen to share with us all. We look forward to our next visit.

After spending time in Venice, Lake Como, Cinque Terre, Lucca, and Florence, my wife and I ended up in the most amazing place, Stelle Di Monte, in Montepulciano!! Not only was property stunning but the scenery was spectacular!! On top of that, Nathalie and Igor, the owners of the romantic retreat, were so gracious and hospitable. To top it off, Igor is an incredible chef, as he made dinner for us one evening, along with making breakfast each morning!! We also can't forget about the excellent wines we enjoyed while we were there! It was so special to be able to walk out our door, sit out back and watch the sun set as the views were stunning! We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to meet Igor and Nathalie, and spend 3 nights at Stelle Di Monte. The ONE thing we know for sure is, we would LOVE to come back again!!!

Our week stay with Igor & Nathalie was a dream. Stella Di Monte is so beautifully appointed, in the most picturesque setting with a chef and a charming host. What more could you ask for? We thoroughly enjoyed every minute and will remember our stay for a long long time. Nathalie made arrangements for a cooking class for us, gave us excellent sight seeing advice and together with Igor made us feel very welcome and saw to our every need. Of our 5 weeks we spent in Italy, our week at Stella Di Monte was definitely one of our favourites! We enjoyed two wonderful dinners prepared by Igor, one under the beautiful Tuscan sky and one in their beautiful wine cave. We look forward to a return trip! Thank you Natalie & Igor!

You never know what to expect when you see nothing but five star reviews, but Stelle De Monte lived up to expectations. The location is exceptional with a stunning view and a comfortable walk into town, the staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms and all the small touches around the property were beautiful, the dinner and breakfasts were outstanding. There was nothing I didn't like about Stelle Di Monte, perhaps only that my stay was too short.

Wunderbares Anwesen mit direktem Blick auf Montepulciano ( Gehdistanz!) , Nathalie und Igor sind ausgezeichnete Gastgeber, sehr herzlich, offen und geerdet. Sie haben viel Herzblut und Energie ins Stelle di Monte investiert und ein wahres Juwel mit vielen lauschigen Plätzchen erschaffen. Zudem hat uns Igor mit seinen Kochkünsten sehr verwöhnt. Wir können das Stelle di Monte bedingungslos empfehlen!
