Personale scortese, cucina indecente, buffet eliminato per motivo indecente, pulizia della stanza in modo vergognoso con caramelle lasciate sotto il letto e polvere dappertutto. É stato richiesto al cameriere l'olio ed é stata rifiutata la richiesta da parte del cliente. Da non rivivere quest'avventura.

Arrivati in serata in albergo abbiamo scoperto che i letti in camera erano separati nonostante la prenotazione matrimoniale. Un errore ci può stare, ma alla nostra richiesta ci è stato risposto in modo evasivo e poco attento che avremmo dovuto aspettare il giorno dopo. Ovviamente abbiamo contestato e stanchi abbiamo concesso di risolvere il problema causato i andando a cena. Al nostro ritorno i letti erano solo uniti, come se non ce ne fossimo accorti. Personale decente, anche se ci resta ancora poco chiaro perché, tornando in camera in tarda serata abbiamo trovato la finestra nella stanza aperta...forse perché Montecatini è rinomata a novembre per il caldo afoso. Al momento del check out e stanza già pagata, nonostante non fosse richiesto pagamento anticipato, ci hanno espressamente richiesto la tassa di soggiorno in contanti...e abbiamo dovuto pure adeguarci con gli spiccioli che avevamo addosso. Dopo questo caloroso saluto ci han pure risposto arrivederci. Si, come no.

Die Dachterrasse mit dem Pool war nicht zu benutzen. Der Aufenthaltsbereich/Bar zeigte deutliche Abnutzungspuren. Die Außenanlagen waren sehr ungepflegt. Gegenüber den benachbarten Hotels fiel dieses Haus sofort negativ auf. Das Zimmer und Bad war in Ordnung und wurde auch täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück war sehr eingeschränkt: Keine Abwechslung bei Wurst und Käse, immer nur eine Sorte. Rührei und Frühstücksei wurden angeboten. Tomaten und Gurken waren nich durchgängig vorhanden. Selbst bei den Brötchen musste man immer wieder warten bis wieder welche aufgebacken waren. Das Servicepersonal wollte nicht angesprochen werden und wenn doch, gab es eine ungenügende und fast schon freche Antwort. Selbst das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich, fast schon feindselig. Wir waren 7 Tage mit einer Reisegruppe in dieser Herberge und konnten daher leider das Hotel nicht wechseln. Für eine oder zwei Nächte kann man hier nächtigten, keinesfalls länger.

Questo albergo è circa il sesto a Montecatini Terme in cui ho soggiornato. Ha un'ottima posizione - vicino al centro, vicino al parco, vicino alla funivia per Montecatini Alto. Le camere sono belle, pulite. Ricca colazione e ottima cena. Il personale è molto gentile e accomodante. Mi piacerebbe tornare qualche volta. Grazie a tutti!

Enjoyed 4 nights in a lovely classic room at the Ambascatori Palace. The hotel is ideally located between the town centre and the beautiful park. The staff are very helpful and courteous and overall we had a very enjoyable time and would highly recommend this hotel. Montecatini Terme is an ideal base for visiting the many famous Tuscan locations.

We were here for a Cosmos tour, we stayed here two nights, it was very warm and the air conditioning was not working. We were told they were working on it! Had a group dinner here, it was horrible. Breakfast was ok, good variety. Rooms were old but ok, tiny showers. Very slippery bathroom tiles. Absolutely beautiful pool area on the roof with gorgeous view!! Best part of this hotel.
