Good location, quiet place and very clean.

Very friendly staff, excellent stay From the moment and we arrived, we felt welcome. Michelle was lovely upin check-in , and throughout our stay staff was friendly. We were there during a very quiet time, so felt like we had the place to ourselves. Room and pool was clean. Breakfast was good, with lots of options. Should we need to stay in the area again, we would not hesitate.

The facilities here were remodeled. Hotel was clean, dining area was adequate with decent breakfast options. Room was clean. The weight room, pool, and hot tub were above average for the area. The staff was friendly and personable. One of the best places that I have stayed in the Amherst MA area. Highly recommended.

Clean and comfortable... perfect stay! We loved the room, beds were high but comfortable. Bathroom was standard but very clean. The pool was chilly, but the 4.5' depth was perfect!! Great for swimming but I could still touch bottom everywhere. And breakfast was fantastic. I had a frittata, sausage, yogurt and coffee and my husband enjoyed a waffle, banana, and a muffin. Finally the staff was attentive and courteous, yet almost invisible. When we checked in the person at the desk was quick, efficient, and very nice, but each time we walked through the halls or lobby it was empty. It was kind of nice and relaxing. And at breakfast the staff kept the food full but were very inconspicuous.

Everything was PERFECT. Check-in quick and friendly, The room was immaculate, with plenty of space, lots of lighting, workstation was spacious and comfortable, Bed and pillows super comfortable. Bathroom spotless, and the hot shower kept me in there for a long while! Decor very cool & contemporary. Breakfast was fine- the usual selections, clean and bright area. Wish I could stay longer !

The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a diverse menu to choose from, catering to various culinary preferences. The breakfast buffet was a particular favorite of mine, offering a wide range of options to start the day right. The hotel's location was also a big plus, conveniently situated near popular attractions and with easy access to transportation. I was able to explore the city easily and return to the comfort of the hotel without any hassle. Lastly, the hotel's staff deserves special mention. They were not only professional but also genuinely friendly and attentive. Any questions or requests I had were promptly addressed, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, my experience at this hotel was exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-situated, and welcoming place to stay. I can't wait to return for another visit!

Great stay! Very clean hotel, like new. Breakfast staff was great, they kept the area very well maintained. Rooms were clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable. The location was great, very close to everything in Amherst and Northampton.

The room that we had had an arched window. Therefore no window covering. I was awake as soon as the morning sun came round. There was no way on getting round this. The black out curtains made a brilliant way of covering the bottom part but as for the arched part, I felt like a vampire! The gripper rod by the bathroom partition came loose and if you weren't wearing shoes the vampire's would certainly smell that blood coming out of your toes/feet...
