Booked a 3 night stay on Tremblant.ca, first time visiting the resort so didn’t know better. Customer service is non-existent at best and infuriating at worst. The website did not mention the entire buildings air conditioning being out of order at the time of booking but conveniently updated post check-in, so of course reception blamed me for my predicament. Bedrooms were 28 degrees celsius in the middle of the hottest August in Canada. When I called the reception to get this sorted I was told it was my fault so they would not move me, refund my stay or provide any recourse other than more loud pedestal fans unless I was willing to pay an extra $500 for an ‘upgrade’ to a unit with air conditioning. Rendez-vous Mont Tremblant, the property management company, is best avoided. Tremblant.ca, best avoided. Etoile du Matin, never again!

We stayed in a ground level unit for 5 nights. The space was more than adequate for my family of four and it was clean. I was however, extremely frustrated with the fact that the air conditioning was not working the entire time we were there. I called the service desk and was simply told that the a/c wasn’t working for the entire building. That’s it? In July? There was no offer of a reduction in fee despite the lack of service. In addition, the bbq wasn’t working and the patio furniture was broken and filthy. The balcony overlooking the pool was also dirty (bird droppings everywhere) and the cheap plastic chairs were worn and dirty. I booked directly through the resort’s website.

I loved being completely independent of others with key codes and lanyards located in the house. I do wish the tv in the kids bedroom worked and that the dryer worked.
Parking in the building was so tight, that we opted for outside parking all week. The home was wonderful for my family of five.
Beds could have been more comfortable, but we’ll be happy to get back home!!!
Thank you for a wonderful location and all the necessities.
