We really enjoyed our time at the property. Right in the middle of the Village and only steps away from most of the attractions and restaurants. While the property is old, the rooms are well maintained and you can see the renovations have been done where needed. So it gives a nice authentic feeling. The biggest compliment I will give them is the cleanliness. All utensils in the kitchen were clean and well kept.
We will consider this property again, when we visit Tremblant.

I was told that I booked using ******* at the time of check-in. I had asked for a room upgrade but was denied at the time of checkin. I had asked for late checkout since I arrived late, but was denied and was asked to come back and check next day morning before checkout. The hot spa outdoors was not hot. It was cold and hence pointless. I feel like if I had booked directly through their website, I would have gotten a slightly better treatment from the staff. Instead of booking through *******.

Great location, ski in-ski out. Very nice, welcoming and helpful staff!!! Beds are comfortable and rooms are great size. Kitchens, could use a little updating, and gym is very small/not much equipment Kitchens would benefit having starter items like a small sponge and paper towel.

We are repeat visitors, come twice a year. However, we arrived at 11:30PM this time and the check in was long and ridiculous. One person in front of us and it took over 15 mins to check them in. The line had grow so much it was to the back wall by 11:40PM. We don’t normally arrive that late so I don’t know if it’s a regular issue, but it was a bad start to our stay.

Great hotel in perfect location!
The stay was wonderful. The room was very clean and larger than we expected. The view from our balcony was outstanding. But most important to note is how professional and helpful all the staff was and the convenience of the location to both the lifts and the village! I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Mont Tremblant!

The internal and external hot tubs were not working properly, the water was only warm not hot 90F. Our room was in front of the elevator and it was very loud all day and night. On the last night at 6am workers were snow plowing the parking lot, waking everyone up for 30min, very loud noise and piping sound from the plow in reverse. The pillows were very uncomfortable, to high and hard. Other than that it was OK but I would expect more for the price we paid. :(

Amazing location! Super convenient to pedestrian village and ski slopes. Our 1 bedroom unit was perfect for 3 people, loved the fireplace, size of unit, 2 queen beds and updated bathroom. Unit kitchen and furniture were slightly dated and hot tub temp was warm not hot. Overall a great stay!
