蒙特朗布朗大飯店

很棒的湖邊飯店。儘管就在主幹道旁邊，但非常安靜。所有湖上活動設備均可免費使用。可惜我們住的時候天氣太冷，什麼都做不了。 非常適合有小孩的家庭的飯店。

Upon entering Le Grant Lodge, my 2 friends and I were so impressed by the log cabin atmosphere with the real fireplaces in the lobby. Our suites had everything that we needed and we were told that we could call Housekeeping for anything else that we might need. We each had the lakeside view, a kitchenette, a Murphy bed, 2 bathrooms, a fireplace, a living room.

I love staying at the Grand Lodge. Been going for years. Its showing some signs of aging, which is sad - nevertheless its still solid. The rooms are large, with kitchenette, separate bedroom etc. Good for families, especially with all our skiing gear (good storage etc..). The lobby bar is fun, kids can hang out there too and have shirley template, play board games as a family. However the service was very slow (1.5 hours to get our food), they were definitely short staffed for a friday night. The brunch breakfast was fabulous - good variety for everyone. The pool area and hot tub was crowded, and there needs to be renovations (paint pealing in spots). The outdoors saunas were neat. I liked that there was a ski rental / shop right on site, and discovered the skating trail right outside the property which is very neat. Overall, its a good place for a family weekend getaway - relaxed environment where you don't feel ackward walking around in ski gear, yet still has a elegant feel to it.

Notre chambre n’était pas prête à notre arrivée à 15h30 et toujours pas à 16h. On nous en a assigné une autre qui était libre. Pourquoi ne pas l’avoir fait à 15h30? Très ordinaire le service à la réception dans l’ensemble. Qualité de l’équipement de la chambre et propreté médiocre. Peu d’équipement de cuisine et ce qui est disponible est de piètre qualité, usé et plusieurs items brisés. Les matelas du lit mural et du sofa-lit sont peu confortables tout comme les oreillers et la literie. Ne correspond pas à une Suite Deluxe ni à nos attentes du prix payé. L’équipement de la piscine est abîmé et mal entretenu. Les pistes de ski de fond n’étaient pas tracées en pleine Semaine de relâche. Nous avons passé 1 heure à les chercher, car il n’y avait aucune indication pour finalement informer l’hôtel qu’elles n’étaient pas tracées. Avec des enfants, c’est plus que décevant. Très déçue dans l’ensemble.

Fun ski week at Le Grand lodge. 25 year old property is in good condition but could use some updates. The staff is outstanding and this is a great place for families. Shuttle to skiing and much less $ than pedestrian village. Ice skating in the woods was fantastic!!
