I had terrible experience at the hotel. It was partially due to hotel miss-management but more it was because of wrong booking done by *******. I reached hotel after driving almost 12 hours from Canada and I found that hotel changed the room type that I had booked. After taking to ******* for almost 3 hours on phone I was relocated to another hotel in late night. My kids were sick and we had to miss our dinner because all nearby restaurants were closed when we reached the relocated hotel. I have made up my mind NOT TO BOOK thru ******* in future. Since I am frequent traveler to US, I dont want to experience the same situation next time.
