Glad we were only there for bed and breakfast, what a disappointment. We were given misleading info when checking in as we expected that food would always be available in the cafeteria when it was open like all the other paradors we have visited. However, food was only available when the dining room was open so we went without. The menu in the restaurant was more restricted than others we have visited. The glass of complimentary red wine was not good quality and my wife could not drink it. The quality of the over bath shower was poor – the temperature fluctuated badly and the pressure was not great. Breakfast was not up to the quality we expect from the paradors. Usually we order hot food so it is fresh. There was no menu on the table but there were some about so I grabbed one. When I tried to order I was told that the ‘hot’ food was out (I hadn’t noticed). As with most other hotels with a buffet, the temperature of the food left a lot to be desired. There were no tongs on our table to use the buffet, so we used our forks. The waiter was not the friendliest we encountered.
